    Pancit Bihon

Authentic Filipino cuisine that comes close to, if not better than my mom's. The siopao transported me back to the Philippines. The pancit bihon was LOADED with vegetables. The Bulalo, had a generous piece of meat with fresh green beans and cabbage, although it needed a splash of fish sauce to raise the umami. Service was attentive friendly with lots of smile. There's a counter that dedicated to specialty beverages--the coffees and boba teas seem to be popular. The restaurant is clean and tidy with a pleasing ambiance. Highly recommend. I look forward to revisiting next time we are in Muncie.

If you wanted good Filipino food, this is a spot to check out. Service was attentive and we were seated immediately upon entering. Restaurant was clean, bright, and had some awesome K-pop music playing. I'm from part Filipino from Hawaii and have been searching for Filipino food for some years without having to go all the way to Chicago. This hit the spot and put a new spin for me with flan and boba on top of the Halo Halo dessert.

Excellent food and service. I was so happy to finally find a Filipino restaurant that was not a food truck. The food was incredible and I look forward to coming back soon. Thanks everybody and keep up the great work

Excellent authentic cuisine in downtown Muncie! My first time having Filipino food. Small seating area. Our server was friendly and helped understand the menu and gave great recommendations. I had the Bento box to sample multiple things. Would recommend this if you are new as well. The chicken adobo was so tender and flavorful, just fell off bone. They give you bread and butter which was also delicious. Would suggest they give you a knife with this to spread the butter. Got the siopao appetizer which was huge and had the perfect amount of seasoning on the meat. My partner got the chicken afritada which was a complete different flavor but also amazing. Can't wait to try other things here.

Supposed to be pork pancit. One piece of pork in the middle. Ordered to go while we ate at restaurant.

Supposed to be pork pancit. Only one piece of pork in the middle of the dish. Waited 45 minutes for takeout while we ate our meal there. Disappointed.

Gabriela is one of my favorite restaurants in Cincinnati. But tonight with a friend, we got to try…read moretheir kamayan event and had an unforgettable meal. The event had 10 of us and was eating with our hands off banana leaves. We reserved our tickets in advance for a seafood menu and it was creative and flavorful (especially the Caesar salad and dessert). The seafood and fruit were delicious, my favorite being the bangus fish. We were in a semi private room in Factory 52 and there was entertainment for lunar new year. Service was attentive and explained the meal throughly. I look forward to their next event!

I got the lechon belly bowl w/ all the fixings and java rice, egg rolls, and ube cookie…read more I must've went there during an event because I didn't expect it to be alive and crackin like that lol. Gabriela's is placed in a food hall (Gatherall) or food court. The service was great but I thought the food was alright. I was expecting real Filipino food w/ a slight twist and I got that BUT wanted it to hit home. The only way I could describe this type of food is like a chipotle for Filipino food. Maybe I should try something else next time. The pork belly lechon itself was good but I was hoping just a little more traditional. I'm not hating on it whatsoever BUT if you're Filipino and expect something traditional, this isn't it. Veggie egg rolls were ok. And nothing stood out with the ube cookie.
