After a few attempts I started looking elsewhere and found an awesome repair facility in Spring Hill called Bills European Autoworks. They work on all European models including Mercedes, Audi, Jaguar, Porsche etc. Let me tell you I am so glad the this car clinic advertises the wrong number or maybe they went out of business but the place I took my Jaguar to was amazing! The people there are incredibly honest and trust-worthy and treat you and your vehicle with the utmost respect! Not a spot of grease or oil got on anywhere on the car much less my interior! Their prices are VERY reasonable. The work was done properly and actually EARLIER than the time it was promised! They did all the paperwork, emailing and phone calls to my extended warranty company as well as sent pics and videos of the repairs needed as required. There was NO back and forth as they completed all the paperwork with required video and pic verification of the scope of work that it needed, parts list and labor charges. A day and a half later they received the authorization from the warranty company to proceed with the repairs. They dotted every "i" and crossed every "t" so the warranty company could make a rapid decision! The work was not only completed ahead of schedule but it was completed excellently! I am going to return to Bill's European Autoworks in Springhillfor even the smallest of service. It's too bad Ocala doesn't have a reputable place like this. I hope this review helps you.

The owner…read morereally listened to me describe everything as best I could, even listening to my suggestions as to where to maybe check. They spent plenty of time checking the car over, taking it for a good road test to try to replicate the noise, which they could not, as I actually expected. After a bit more discussion, I suggested that I continue to drive it to see if whatever they did do maybe fixed the issue or otherwise to let the issue become more pronounced and I'd bring it back in. We agreed that was a good approach and I suggested we just "settle up", but the owner would not take anything from me, claiming they could not find anything wrong with the car so there's no charge. I insisted that at least PLEASE post some sort of "shop charge" for the time and effort spent, but he would not hear of it! I left kind of bewildered, like "what just happened here...?" I would say with business ethics like that, you can be GUARANTEED of not getting ripped off if you take your vehicle here!! It's a good-sized garage, v. comfortable and quiet if you have to wait, but by no means "fancy". But do make an appointment. My wife and I just moved here from W. Palm Bch and let me say this guy reflects very well on Ocala: BRAVO European Car Clinic!!

The good ones can be really expensive and the less expensive ones can be less than honest! EAS was like finding a needle in a haystack. I took my car to a dealership and that was a mistake. After them wanting to charge me an arm an a leg, I looked around for a second opinion. I was able to find these folks and after a diagnostic exam, they were able to give me an estimate for about half what the dealership wanted. They set about their work and after a couple of days, I was back in my car as if nothing was wrong. Their friendly service and attention to detail, will keep me coming back, even if I just need an oil change!

We were charged quite a bit for preventative maintenance, and immediately afterward, the steering wheel started shaking -- something that never happened before. When we brought it back, we waited two days with no updates. After a long hold on the phone, we were told they found nothing wrong. Oddly, the A/C felt colder when we picked it up, suggesting a test drive may have just happened. Another vehicle took nearly two weeks just to get in. Once dropped off, they forgot we even brought it in, quoted repairs we didn't ask for, and never called when it was ready -- a recurring issue. The staff is friendly, but communication and reliability have seriously declined. It feels like they're too busy to care, and that's disappointing after being loyal customers for years.

They advised me to try to get it started, and bring it in. I did manage to get it started, they worked it into their schedule right away, determined that the truck (which I bought used) still had it's original battery which far exceeded it's life expectancy. So they fixed me up with a new battery, and poof... problem solved. I'll be taking my '96 vette there next, as it needs a bit of work.

The receptionist has no idea what she's doing. job was planned a week in advance!!I would avoid this place at all costs or it will cost you.!!!!

I was charged $89.99 for "labor" and $60 for "parts" all for them to do a PCM power relay where they claimed they did not see any issues with my car. My check engine light remained on, and my car would continuously not start every time after I had gotten gas. Obviously, there was still an issue with my car that they had claimed there was nothing wrong with it costing me nothing but time and money for absolutely no resolution at all and still car problems. I ended up taking my vehicle elsewhere, where they were able to diagnosis the issues that my car was having and resolve them immediately. Needless to say, I have found my new mechanic, and it is not Tom's.
