After them wanting to charge me an arm an a leg, I looked around for a second opinion. I was able to find these folks and after a diagnostic exam, they were able to give me an estimate for about half what the dealership wanted. They set about their work and after a couple of days, I was back in my car as if nothing was wrong. Their friendly service and attention to detail, will keep me coming back, even if I just need an oil change!

Charged us $150 for their 'diagnosis'. Drove back 45 miles, used a thermal gun to check temps on wheels...NORMAL. Took RV to a different garage. Brakes NOT locked up. 65% good brakes on front, 70% on rear. Got new tires all around, drives great. Less than a thousand dollars for all new 10ply tires, ZERO BRAKE WORK. When I finally got it back and $1600.00 later I parked it in my driveway and 2 days later I discovered the oil was still leaking from the rear differential. Again I called and the service writer can bring it in and I had no choice. I took pictures of the leaking and clearly the rear end had not had a socket/wrench on it. I may have snow on the top of my head, but my brain hasn't turned to mush. On to my review. I look after elderly parents. The battery in their car recently went dead. It was a bit frustrating because the battery was only a year old. I was afraid it was the alternator. We had it towed to Meineke because that is where they like to do their repairs. Mike and Debbie went above and beyond the call of duty. The battery was bought at the auto store next door last year. They tested it, determined it was the battery and took the old one to the auto part store, and replaced it free of charge. They could have tried to sell my parents an alternator - but they didn't. One of the reasons I had the car towed was that it had bad tires. Debbie called me and related that only three tires were bad - not four. Instead of trying to sell me four, they only sold three. If they told me all four needed to be replaced, I would have listened. As opposed to trying to sell the most expensive tires, they recommended a less expensive tire that was still good. My parents don't drive much they didn't need expensive tires. Mike and Debbie are ethical, honest and a pleasure to do business with. The car was ready when they said it would be ready. It's nice to know that my parents' car is in good hands at Meineke on State Road 200.

After receiving them, he discovered they were the wrong part. To be sure, he contacted the manufacturer directly and confirmed the pads were not compatible with his vehicle. He then provided that proof to RealTruck. Despite clear documentation showing the part they sold was incorrect, we have been stuck in a weeks long cycle of excuses, delays, and runaround while trying to get our $375 refunded. Every time we follow up, there seems to be another reason the refund has not been processed. At this point, it feels less like customer service and more like stalling. When a company sells the wrong part and the customer provides manufacturer confirmation, issuing a refund should be straightforward. Instead, we have spent weeks trying to resolve something that should have taken days. If this is not resolved immediately, we will be filing a dispute with our credit card company for the full amount. Extremely disappointing experience and very poor customer service
