We drove cross country in our RV from California to Florida to visit family over the summer. We…read morewere heading back home and our rear passenger back tires blew out, both of them. On top of that our propane tank sustained damage and was leaking from a connection. After hours on the phone with Progressive insurance and AAA, we were nowhere closer to getting back on the road. The mechanic he sent couldnt fix our RV. After that, the only thing anyone could do was tow us and wait until Monday to figure out the tire replacement situation. The towing was $$$ and only partly covered. Luckily my partner found Ryan and 484 Tire Service through Google. By then it was already dark and Ryan came out late at night (10pm) to replace our tires. Not only did he replace them, he checked for damage around our RV, let us know what likely happened, and gave us advice for the future. He also topped all our tires up to the right pressure. He was so friendly and helpful, and his kindness went a long way for us. If it weren't for him we would have had to sleep on the side of the road because there would have been no way to tow our car and then somehow transport ourselves, our two dogs and our cat. She didn't say anything disrespectful to me, but her facial expression and the way she started speaking made me feel like she was bothered by me asking questions. I had also asked her what time it was because my phone had died. I wasn't trying to rush anyone or cause a problem; I was simply trying to plan accordingly. The interaction made me feel uncomfortable, especially since I was only asking for information that I had not been given.
