Terrible customer service. It doesn't matter to me how good you are if you do do not treat your customers right I will not be back. I'm so disappointed because I was excited to have another nail shop nearby. The first indication of an issue was when she offered me a drink when I sat down. She listed a few options and when I did not choose water she told me I had to upgrade to a higher level pedicure. (Sneaky! "Only $5 more") There was nothing in the book about anything other than water only being included with the more expensive pedicure. If you offer me five options after I've already told you what I want done, then it would seem that every option you give me is included. When I got home, it noticed that my toes had not been cleaned off thoroughly and she painted over the top of moisturizer residue. I had one toe smudging and the rest did not appear to be well covered. I went back, politely explained my dissatisfaction, showed my receipt that included a very nice tip and asked that I get re-polished. The girl seemed agreeable and sat me down and polished my toes. After I had been sitting under the dryer for a few minutes, she told me that I need to pay her $10 for a polish change! I explained that I did not expect to have to pay again so she went and got the lady who painted my nails the first time. Like I said, the way this lady was giving instructions to all of the other technicians she appeared to be the manager or owner. Again, I politely explained why I had returned and that I did not feel I should have to pay. She argued with me and told me that I needed to pay for a polish change. I will not be back. read more

You need to make an appointment because they will not tell you how long of a wait you will have. They will just put you in a chair and make you wait an hour or more. It is your typical nail salon. They have sterilized metal tools but as for the files, they use on everybody and never sterilize between customers. read more

I've been coming here for a few months now. I always get the SNS nails & a pedicure. My 7 yr old daughter gets the young royal mani/pedi. The service is always good & they remember us by name. This was my first time at the salon. My friend and I went in for a pedicure. The pedicures were pretty good but our technicians were literally talking to each other the entire time so we couldn't enjoy it to the fullest. Then the tech for my friends manicure was jerking her hands around and she also complained to her about having polish on before she came in because the polish was "on her skin". My best friend and I have been to many nail salons, good and bad. We're pretty much nail salon conessuars. We wanted to try out this place because we live close and have seen it being built. We read other reviews and decided to give it a try. The atmosphere is very nice. The salon is brand new and very stylish. However, there were a few concerns with the service. First, they didn't seem very friendly. Multiple people walked in wanting services and they wouldn't help them. They told them to come back tomorrow when there was over an hour left before they closed. Those people seemed upset and like they wouldn't return. We were surprised as well. Second, as far as the services we received they seem overpriced. Definitely not worth the money we paid. They did a good job with polishing our nails, however they drilled them down so much, the next day my nails have already broke and chipped. I normally have strong nails so this is unusual. Many people complain about Nail so happy in the shopping center across the street but they definitely give better service for the price. I would go there over the this salon. Went in for a pedicure and was very pleased with my experience. The staff were very friendly and answered my questions about the different services available (I ended up getting the OPI Pedicure). The salon itself was spotless and from what I saw during my service they practice good safety/cleaning habits. The massage chairs are amazing; I've never seen one with as many functions as these have. I almost fell asleep in the chair! Amanda was my technician and she did a phenomenal job. The other places I've tried in the area haven't been anywhere near as good. I'll definitely be back! read more

While they did a great job on my nails, the sanitation process was not there at ALL. They didn't clean the tubs after a pedicure before placing someone else there- the person who did my toes didn't grab a new packet, just the same caboodle with same tools used on prior person, noticed they don't put these in a sanitize or anything, just go from person to person, it was bothersome. They also weren't very welcoming, talking in a different language amongst themselves the entire time... sad because this place was close to home, but have found a much better place since... it did have amazing pedicure chairs though! read more

So I read the reviews before I came and I wish I would have listened. My dad and I both went to get a pedicure and both our girls were on their bluetooth headphones while doing our nails! WTF! When I'm at work, I'm not allowed to be on the phone. Just very distracting and not relaxing at all. So bizarre! read more

The young man that did my nails was great my hands and feet felt great and he did a wonderful job on my nails. My friend and I decided to try Bartram Nails today, being that they just opened and are offering 20% off all services this week! The facility alone is gorgeous, clean and of course new. There was a wait, as to be expected but instead of waiting by the door they allowed me to wait in the chair so I could start soaking and the massage chair. They have several pedicure options. I got the EZ and was very pleased! My nail technician is named Amanda. She was a perfectionist, very sweet and gave a remarkable massage. All of the employees were attentive and kind. I really wanted to like this place more than I did and I hate to give places anything less than a good review but my experience here wasn't exactly what I would call good. I decided to try them out after I found out my regular nail place closed due to approaching hurricane Hermine. I called them before coming and they told me they would probably close around 5 that I had plenty of time. I arrived around 4 about 15 minutes after I called. When I got there it was apparent everyone was ready to leave. With the exception of the owner who was as sweet as she could be. I really wish she would have gotten to do my mani/pedi. The guy doing my feet was nice but was in a hurry. As soon as he finished my pedicure he didn't say anything just grabbed his keys and ran out the door. My gel manicure was rushed and when I left I realized nail debris on my nails from buffing was just painted over and left my nails bumpy. He also scrapped the remaining gel from my previous manicure off my nails so hard it hurt. I appreciate them fitting me in and they fit in a few other clients as well, but I felt like I was shorted. I understand a tropical storm/hurricane is a serious thing but it isn't scheduled to hit until around midnight or so, so there was no need for such a rush. read more

Just went there for the second time today. The lady who did my pedicure does a great job and gives a long massage! The only thing I wish they would offer is different music and drinks. The first time I went, they didn't offer anything for me to drink, but on second time they did offer water. Overall, I like it here and will continue to go here! read more

This salon is fantastic. The cleanest and kindest I've been to so far. My nail tech was male which made me fear for my manicure at first. Last time I had a male nail tech at another location it looked like my five year old niece went to town on my nails, but j could not have been more wrong! He is amazing. He is extremely kind and attentive to details and took his time which I appreciated even though they were getting busy he didn't rush my manicure. I'll be a regular from now on ! Visiting from out of town and wanted pedicures and manicures for myself and my two older daughters. Sometimes you never know what you will get when walking into a nail salon. Not only is this place exceptionally clean, but the staff are very friendly too. Everyone seemed happy to be working and eager to accommodate their customers. I watched as they cleaned every foot bath bowl and every leather massage chair after each customer. I typically see places clean the foot bath bowls, but not the chairs too. so finally i had a chance to get in to get a ped. Calvin did mine. he massaged me for 2mins and when i checked out i didnt bring anycash for tip which i normally do. he told me to use to atm but i didnt want too. why i have to pay for the fee just to tip in cash? he kept asking me to do in cash but i added on the credit card anyway. I dont mind to tip in cash but I do feel uncomfortable when he didnt let me write down the tip, he just wanted in cash. oh well i dont know if im gonna come back. but if i do i have to bring cash so he doesnt bother me read more
