Referred to Dr. Spinazze for possible TMJ problem, from my regular dentist. Went for visit, paid…read morefor total cost, evaluation of lower left jaw completed, determined no TMJ issue. When Dr. Spinazze coded the work performed, he coded it as a "complete examination" - and noted on the bottom of the submission that he only evaluated my lower left jaw. But because of the coding, my insurance declined to pay for my regular dentist's "examination" due to too many exams in a 12 month period. Spoke with insurance company who referred me back to Dr. Spinazze. The Doctor refused to resubmit a claim as he felt that his note of only evaluating the lower left jaw was sufficient. So I now I have to pay, without insurance, a true "examination" - cavities, gum issues, loose or cracked teeth, loose fillings, status of crown, etc. with my regular dentist. Felt very disappointed with service from Dr. Spinazze that he and his office staff would not try to understand or appreciate my dilemma, refused to work with insurance company with the details and essentially "left me standing". I will not return to this practice. Unfortunate, but true. I've even written to my regular dentist to explain and suggest not referring patients to Dr. Spinazze.

So, it seems via these people or whoever's subconscious and other's behavior they're keeping in them were doing someone else's job by checking driver license whICH I wasn't asked before at dental places or at any healthcare places. Regardless, this place and at the moment current staff is not recommended as they've damaged by lower teeth filling and most importantly weren't gentle about teeth and x-rays. Front desk also asked if the address is my current address not sure why does that matter. there was someone else in the cleaning chair who came out and gave a driver license or insurance card. Not sure but whatever dental work I needed is fully covered under insurance but as they've made someone said something about taking money. some people wanted to pay for dental work while it's all fully covered. I hope someone sue this place and win some money big time or they closed down this place soon.
