Both Dr. Tom and Dr. Kevin are incredible. I've been coming here for at least 10 years. I typically come right after work which means a drive to Schaumburg from North Aurora. I wouldn't be making the drive if it wasn't worth it. I've had cleanings and cavities filled no problem. All the dental hygienists are wonderful and Steph and Gayle at the front desk are amazing. Dr. Tom and his Practice/Staff are great! Best Dental Practice I have gone to in my 50+ years of dental care. He doesn't smoke cigarettes when he works on me like Dr. Gilbert did... of course that was the early seventies, I think he smoked Kent. In all seriousness, Dr. Tom and Co. are great: welcoming staff, clean and professional dental office! What am I thankful for this Thanksgiving? My AMAZING family Dentist, Dr. Tom! So there's nothing worse than breaking your permanent front tooth at 6 years old running after your Kindergarten crush, right? Wrong. 33 years later, I managed to break the same tooth on Thanksgiving morning, the day before my 39th birthday and family pictures. Dr. Tom was naturally my first call, I was hysterical (and rightfully so). Dr. Tom was, well, Dr. Tom -- Calm, reassuring and most importantly, 100% committed to fixing my broken tooth the very next day!! The service was truly exceptional. I seen Dr. Kevin today and also Kassie and they were just amazing individuals ! They helped me feel so comfortable and made sure I was okay through the whole process of getting my teeth cleaned it was a big thing for me due to complications before and they made me feel at ease . I am so grateful to Dr. Jozwiak and his wonderful staff. When I started my dental journey with his office I was facing some really daunting dental work. It has taken several months and many appointments. I am currently in the home stretch! So far we have navigated through the replacement of 9 crowns and there are a couple more to go. Every visit they have been on time! Kind, careful, great at easing my anxiety and walking me through every step. I am an oral cancer survivor. I went to Dr. Tom for a cleaning, exam, and to have two cavities filled. I had been seeing another dentist for a long time, but since I recently moved, I needed to find another doctor. Dr. Tom does a fantastic job and really seems to care about his patients. The whole experience from the cleaning, to the fillings was quick and painless. I had the cleaning first. I appreciated that the hygienist explained what she was doing as we went along, and that she had a gentle touch. After the cleaning, I had the cavities filled. Dr. Tom made sure I was comfortable the whole time, which I appreciated. Once the cavity was removed, Dr. Tom took a picture and showed me the inside of the tooth, which was now really clean. I would definitely recommend Dr. Tom and his staff for anyone looking for a new dentist. read more

January 2022; It is my opinion to Run do not walk away from Dr. Jozwiak! He had several truthful and unflattering reviews during the last 2 years. It appears that only the good ones remained. I did not realize that the Dr. was able to pick and choose "only the 5-star ratings" all of the DRs Lower ratings have Disappeared. I do not know if this is illegal, but I do know that it is unethical, and in my opinion, it appears that Dr. Jozwiak intentionally misrepresented himself. When I was having my teeth cleaned; I was speaking with his staff, and I was telling them that I was going through a toxic divorce where I was beaten and tortured after 50 years of marriage and my husband was on his 3rd criminal order of protection. and it has had a definite negative impact on my thyroid as well as my teeth. Dr Joswiak acted unprofessionally and rude when he was examining my teeth. He began with insulting my dentist of 25 years who retired and was written up in Chicago Magazine about the quality of his work. Then giving me a lecture about being divorced and how pathetic it was. I have PTSD and I have been very fortunate in meeting understanding and compassionate people, unfortunately Dr. Jozwiak is not one of them. I'm very picky about my dentists!!! I never thought of rating my dentist on yelp, but I concur with all the other reviewers, staff is super friendly, appointments are well scheduled (usually never running late), very responsive and the added benefit of--they do great work. Cleanings are great, and Dr. Tom is great at really looking out for your oral health, not just trying to make a buck. I have been going to them for years, and I would highly recommend! read more

I LOVE this dentist and the whole office is awesome. From being greeted my Gayle at the front desk to the amazing hygienist, Michelle, for the cleaning, followed by the wonderful dentist Dr. Thomas, my daughter's first dentist appointment was a BREEZE!!! They aren't even an office geared towards children, and yet, my daughter was SO happy there the whole time. The hygienist, Michelle, started off the appointment by showing my daughter all of the tools, explaining their job, and telling her what she was going to do with them. It made a HUGE difference. Instead of looking at the sharp tools like they were scary, my daughter was excited to have her teeth counted and cleaned. She also loved Dr. Tom--he has a friendly demeanor with both the parents and the kids. I am WAY impressed with our experience!! read more
