They were super knowledgeable on all the inventory, super friendly, and did their best to help me out in every way possible (within reason of course). They made my first time buying a bike easy and helped me make the right choice with my 2021 Yamaha Bolt R-Spec. Jessica also made the paperwork process easy and got me on my way with ease. She was incredibly friendly and I'm glad she was able to walk me through the logistic side of things. Gabriel helped out with making sure I knew how and when to maintain the bike when it came to that point. Noel brought out the bike to show me it in all its glory. Her name was Gigi. She was cool peeps. We chopped it up for a bit regarding interest of bike model and pricing. I told her the same thing. Overall, this place has nice professional people working here to help you with your needs and wants. The character of each individual that approached me demonstrated professional customer service. Rented my 3rd Motorcycle here (LAX Los Angeles), and each and every time it was a perfect…read moreexperience. The motorcycles are great, in excellent condition, well maintained, checked before each ride, etc. First two times was a Yamaha XSR 900, and the one a few days ago was the Triumph T100. I like the email confirmation, and the pre-check in process. I joined the eaglerider club, so the rental prices are very good. And I think that helps with my ordering and check in process. The only issue is when you arrive in the mornings, there are a lot of groups checking in. So now I make check in (Pick Up) of a motorcycle a the end of the day, and then return end of the day the next day. The number of people are much lower. When checking in, they give you a quick overview of the Motorcycle. Since I have been riding for over 46 years, it is a excellent familiarity with the bike. The Triumph has a software quirk that shows the ABS blinking when you first start the bike. This is not a eaglerider issue, but I was concern and called eaglerider immediately, and they explained it was part of the bike programing by the manufacture, and it would go away as soon as I drover over 5 MPH. It did! But I liked I have a local number to call, they picked up immediately, and then had a answer. I look forward to more rentals with this company! They are really awesome. I am so happy to have a place to try different motorcycles, or have the ability to rent something should my bike have issues. More importantly, I look forward to renting around the world, and having Eaglerider as one of the choices.

Justin greeted me and informed me that a new model was not on the floor that particular day but he took me in the back of the shop where his guys were preparing a new Nighterster that was just purchased from another customer. He didn't have to do that. He took the time to show me all the features of the bike, answered all my question and didn't rush me or press me at all. We went back to his office and discussed some numbers which were very good, actually. He kept in touch with me and I felt very comfortable with him and Bartels. It doesn't matter your riding experience level or the cost of the bike. You're treated with respect and equal. If you go here, ask for Justin. You'll get a good deal.
