Tasty, but I was genuinely shocked there was no mustard. I ordered the jagerschnitzel (pork) and just overall the meal was as expected as if I was in the Midwest - amazing, delicious, insert chef's kiss. I wish I could have joined the clean plate club. The cucumber salad was flavorful and not too sour/pickley. My friend and I both noted how umami the savory sauce was- not too bacon, not too mushroom. The potatoes were not too salty or under-seasoned. Literally willing to drive up again if/when someone tells me to go. It wasn't horribly busy so it didn't take forever to order and get everything we needed. Our server was super nice and patient. She even gave a bar suggestion that ended up being a nice cherry for the top of the evening.

My parents prefer IPA's and are tough critics, however, they liked the IPA's so much they bought a pack to take home. I'm not a huge beer drinker so I ordered the seltzer on tap and it was good + refreshing. My husband also ordered the Mango Lassi and loved it. We spoke to the staff member on site who I believe said they've been around for 6 years or so. Greenwood definitely deserves more hype as not only were their beers good but they have cute seating arrangements with an open courtyard. It's clear he enjoys what he does and takes pride in sharing information with customers. I also learned that the brewery was founded by Megan Greenwood, and it's impressive to see how her vision has grown into a well-known local brewery. The brewing operation includes seven tanks, giving visitors a glimpse into the production side of the business. For anyone interested in seeing more behind the scenes, Greenwood Brewing does offer brewery tours. There isn't a set tour schedule, so it's best to ask staff about availability when you visit. One feature I thought was especially cool was the live Instagram follower counter displayed behind the bar. Watching the number update in real time was a fun and unique touch that added to the brewery's modern, community-focused atmosphere. The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff was engaging, and it was fun getting a closer look at the brewing process while enjoying quality craft beer. I like to think that it was Korn's "Freak on a Leash" that spiked the staff's attitude. I think they just really needed a real one to go in there and get the party started.
