I was also surprised the fee was very modest! (They put out the red walking carpet!) It was so dreadful thinking about calling moving companies. I've been told horror stories of bad moving experiences like carelessness (not handling items properly leading to damaged  items later on), and overcharging on top of that. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing good movers.

If you think things are gonna go perfect with your move well guess what...IT WILL NOT!! Your moving your whole house into one or two trucks for heavens sakes! And then there's mother nature who is out of our control and we've been through it; in the snow, rain, and excessive heat!! However, here's the good news. You can hire people who are reliable, have a good work ethic's, a hard working crew and that you can rely on to SHOW UP & trust, etc and get the job done right. This is your company look no further and their prices are very competitive. Just to throw out an example of trust I found an expensive ring of mine laying on the floor in the closet that must've fallen out of one of my jewelry boxes. Yes, you heard that right it was still laying there on the floor and trust me the ring was large enough to be seen and easily slipped into a workers pocket. They showed up early when they said they would try to arrive the next morning after having a very hot day at another long distance prior move. They only took a couple small breaks when the inside of our house was 81° because the weather was at 100° at their drop off. It was nice to hear the guys laugh and talk to one another as well as work as a full team effort to get the job done. They knew exactly what they were doing from taking furniture apart to putting it back together. Moving onto the owner of the small business. This is not our first rodeo as I mentioned and we have used John's company a few times. We always know we can count on him but in all honesty I hope we never have to again. Hopefully, we have finally found our retirement home. We highly recommend them to our family & friends!

And before people say I should have checked, I have a really bad back & a senior so I was down that day & the next, the movers told me to go to the new place and they would finish (300' away), I trusted them. I didn't realize anything was missing until my neighbor friends told me that they saw my items in the dumpster. Moving is stressful enough -- Best Priced Moving only made it worse. We had a whole day of moving a house of 31 years with them, and they all went above and beyond. To be honest, the whole buying a house process stretched out that my mom had to reschedule twice--- but Lisa gave so much grace and patience. Then, today, moving day--- it was wild. While I initially thought the big truck wouldn't get filled-- Hugo, Ivan, and Vova found a way with their Tetris like minds and got most of our belongings in all in one piece and even put two beds back together! I think the biggest help was just them offering so much more, particularly asking questions and double checking if we preferred something to be moved in one place or another. Best believe, we will be referring you all to more friends and family. Incredibly personable, efficient, and helpful beyond what we could imagine. Thank you, guys... seriously. (Please give Hugo, Ivan, and Vova a raise if possible--- or a Christmas bonus. They each deserve that! Big hugs!)

We had 3 man crew and on the initial move, one of our large standing shelves were damaged beyond use during transportation in a 10-15 minute drive. I was told their insurance policy will cover up to 10 CENTS per lb of item damage. Meaning our 50-60 lb shelf would only be covered for $5-$6. I asked the crew to disassemble my bed frame and provided tools and instructions that came with the bed frame. I asked if they could keep the instructions and tools with the frame or give it back to me. They disassembled it fine and told me they wrapped the instructions and tools to the frame. Today when I moved it was no where to be seen. Finally, in our initial move, I asked the crew to shrink wrap my mattress and store it away. I also told them it was 200-300 lbs. When two crew members tried to pick it up, I recommended asking the 3rd for help but they were insistent it was unnecessary. They began to struggle about halfway during the walk and ended up dragging the mattress on the floor. I didn't notice the extent of the damage until today when I unwrapped it fully and noticed they had ripped it. Picture attached. Overall wouldn't recommend. The crew was young and inexperienced. Performance overall wasn't good. I didn't give a review initially because I thought they did a good enough job and they were all nice and hard working, but after seeing the damage to our things I think it was pretty mediocre.
