I had a very disappointing experience with Elite Group Inspection Professionals. The roof report incorrectly identified my metal roof as shingles, even though I specifically told the representative it was a metal roof when booking and asked whether I needed a drone inspection. I was assured it was unnecessary since the roof inspection is included in my package. The solar panel inspection was also missing, even though I paid extra and I still have not received my advanced imaging results after 2 weeks. The sewer inspection could not be completed due to excessive roots. I was told that the Master Inspector will do inspection if I purchase advanced structural imaging. When I asked the inspector if he was the master inspector, he had no idea what I was speaking about. He said he was certified inspector. When I called to resolve these issues, Bency was rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. I was referred to Jason, the inspection manager, and left multiple messages, but no one returned my calls. I was also promised follow-up by Nathan, who was kind and listened to my concerns, but no one ever contacted me afterward. The incorrect report, missing results, and lack of follow-up caused unnecessary stress and delays with my escrow. They did not have a diagram in their report showing where their samples were taken , and their report was riddled with errors. Phone calls and emails did not produce results. The bad reviews were correct about this company. My public adjuster insisted on using them.
