Their number one trait in my opinion is their communication. They return calls promptly, and are very polite and patient. After an appointment is set, they follow up with reminders and even send a courtesy message when the technician is on the way (which is SUPER APPRECIATE when dealing with arrival windows). Their pricing is also fair in my opinion, where I've worked with companies more & less expensive. But none of them communicated like 4EE which is a big deal for me in my business.
