We spent two hours here just browsing outdoor ceramic pots in all sizes, fountains, statues, and a variety of wind chimes, wind spinners, and basically anything and everything you might put around your house or in a garden area. We ended up buying three large outdoor pots and a small table-top ceramic pot. Hubs was thrilled to get some broken ceramic pot pieces for free (he has a plan). I was surprised at the one star aberrant rating by the fellow from Orting about customer service. This was NOT our experience. There are only two people working during the slow season, one is the owner. Both were very helpful with our questions and purchases. I can see if it got busier they might be stretched a bit, but for Mr. Orting to assume it was a race issue is out of bounds. Loved the selection - from crazy tacky to sophisticated. I just experienced the most AMAZING "service after the sale"! I bought a beautiful fountain from Barone Garden nearly two years ago; great purchase experience with excellent delivery and installation work. They even moved my old fountain to my next door neighbor to whom I was gifting it. Fast-forward to this week and the pump in the fountain stopped working (I had run it continuously since June 2019!) Highly doubting I'd get a "yes", I called Barone to ask if I could pay for on site service. (The fountain is a 3-piece stone affair and HEAVY.) They found my purchase record from 20 months ago in like, 30 secs. and asked if they could come *the next day* after 5pm. The two person crew that showed up right on time included THE OWNER of the business. They had an impressive process of blasting all of the standing water out of the fountain bowl with a leaf blower, then completely dismantling the fountain and thoroughly cleaning it. And, lest you think I'm kidding about "thoroughly"...they scrubbed the algae from the fountain's surface WITH A TOOTHBRUSH so as not to damage the finish. (I am not making this up!) Checked the water seal, snaked the pump cord through the bottom, etc. (They upgraded me with a more powerful pump.) Refilled the fountain and adjusted the water flow 3 times until I was completely happy and then made sure the bowl was shimmed level and the bubbler tower was centered. Oh - and while one person was scrubbing the fountain with the toothbrush, the other was blowing all the wet, yukky leaves off my patio! The price was so reasonable for them traveling the 40 mins. each way to my home, all the work they did plus the cost of the new pump. Impressive! I recommend Barone Garden for all your outdoor fountain and statuary needs - they don't forget about you after they've made the sale! read more

I have been looking for large glazed blue pots for quite a while and never seemed to be looking at the right time of year. I finally got the timing right this spring at Barone's. They had a large selection in several prices and the gentleman who helped couldn't have been nicer. He moved pots around so I could get a better look to decide which ones I wanted and these things are not light. This is my family's absolute favorite place for outdoor statues, benches, and planters. The quality is top notch- we've had deer statues that withstood rain, snow, and sun for over 8 years now and they are still intact and look great. We constantly get compliments on them and people even ask if they're real deer (lol). We've bought so many items here and from benches to stone koi statues, they always last through wild weather and withstand time. The customer service here is also so so nice! There's usually just two men working incredibly hard to help everyone from answering questions to checkout to helping you load onto your car. The prices are GREAT. The large pot I bought was pretty comparable in price to say Home Depot yet its more unique, better quality, and you're supporting a local family business. For the Greek head pot, it was only 19$! What a deal, I was hunting for this exact pot and the cheapest I could find was on Etsy for around 60$ so get it from Barone garden shop instead! Long story short, Barone has 5 star service, they are really good at what they do and they are reliable. I called hoping to get our fountain serviced before an upcoming party. Barone actually answered my call... an actual live person! He was so kind as I tried to explain what I thought was wrong with the fountain; he carefully listened to what I told him and he was able to remedy the problem over the phone. He squeezed us into his schedule late on a Saturday afternoon! They actually showed up right on time and just came in like rockstars and fixed the fountain. They were so professional and we were so happy to see our fountain looking better than it ever has. What an extraordinary place. I love supporting local small businesses, especially when they just get it right and this is exactly one of those places. I had passed by Barone Garden many times on the 405 thinking it would be an interesting place to at least window shop. I decided to visit once I committed to sprucing up my patio for this spring and summer, just to see what they had vs other Campania International resellers in the area. The place is sprawling, with an extraordinary amount of pottery, statuary, and other garden decor and trinkets. As I wandered through their inventory, many times I thought I had found the end of their displays, only to turn a corner and see even more stuff. They have a fantastic selection of new season and previous season goods - and they are priced accordingly. You will find current season pottery for MSRP, on par with other local Campania retailers, but you will find plenty of previous season stuff that is appropriately discounted, and there is no comparison locally for those prices. You will also find the sales staff to be incredibly helpful and very low pressure. As I would later learn, the owner happened to be the sales person on duty when I visited, and he was as available as I needed him to be and no more. He didn't lurk, follow, or try to engage me with the hope of pressuring me to buy something. He just made himself available almost as quickly as I peeked my head up looking for help. Ultimately I purchased two very large pots and a hose pot for roughly 1/3rd the cost of MSRP (previous season stuff of course, your mileage/prices may vary), and the owner helped me load up, ensured everything was secure for a ride on the freeway, then I paid and was on the road five minutes later. I will definitely be coming back soon as their inventory and customer experience has sparked a bunch of new ideas for how to make my garden and patio great. read more

They have a huge variety of plant pots, statues for your garden, granite bridges, bird baths, and other necessary decor for your home and garden. Renton's hidden treasures. Relaxed and easy going owner who is more than willing to help you. Prices are competitive. I would say their merchandise is what you would see at area nurseries, but more options for sure! read more

I've seen this place from 405 for years, but had no idea what a beautiful selection of fountains they carried. I stopped to fountain shop & found the selection to be much better than anticipated. The 2 guys working there were friendly, helpful & never pushy. They offered me options at different price levels via catalogue, but in the end I purchased one they had in stock. We loved going to Barone Garden over at 4800 Lake Washington Blvd NE, Renton WA - see 98056http://www.baronegarden.com . They have one in Mount Vernon too. Great service help too. We ordered an upper fountain part and due to some medical issues could not verify the color match to our lower fountain, but they were okay with having to deal with us fussy heads having to order again to get the right color. When we were there, Miko was helping a woman get a new bird bath for her mom that had hers stolen in Yakima; they found the exact one and now mom will be happy for her day. read more

My spouse and I stopped at Barones to buy three large pots costing $100 a piece, and twice we asked for help from two Asian reps.
