3 meats combo: ribs, brisket and pulled pork Sides: French fries and potato salad
    Ashley H.

We came here after a hike at Bear Mountain nearby and could not have chosen a better place. We ordered the 3 meats combo which came with two sides. The meats we chose were brisket, 1/4 rack of ribs and pulled pork. The ribs were fall off the bone tender. Everything was tender! The meats were all so flavorful. The two sides we got were French fries and potato salad. The fries were good but I wasn't a fan of the potato salad. It was a little bland. We had no wait for a weekend. There were many open tables. The service was amazing. The BBQ master came to check on us and gave us suggestions of what to order. Everyone was so friendly. I can't wait to come back again.

Everything is on point every time. Jeff and his wife and the whole team are amazing. Best bbq in the northeast by far. Try the smoked wings !

Stopped by here after visiting Bear Mountain nearby.. I came midday so it was kinda of empty and easy to find parking. The waiter greeted me immediately and brought me an iced water without being asked! Alot of ppl order the "pig out" which seems like a great deal because you get an assortment of meats but I couldn't finish all of that, so I chose the ribs. The food came out pretty quickly. The ribs tasted amazing.. very well flavored and you get extra bbq sauce on the side if you want more. The fries were so crispy and perfectly salted! The Cole slaw was creamy and pretty good too (this is coming from a person who doesn't even like Cole slaw). Very relaxing ambiance, all the workers are very nice. Would definitely come back if I'm in the area!

Came here after hiking Bear Mountain, we had to wait a bit because they open pretty late for a Saturday (1PM). Once they opened the parking lot was almost nearly full and there were several large parties dining. I got the 1/4 white chicken with cheesy grits and collard greens. The collards greens were really good but the grits and chicken fell flat. The chicken was a bit dry and lacked flavor, Costco rotisserie chicken is better IMO. My bf got the pulled pork, chicken, kielbasa, potato salad, and chili. The pulled pork and kielbasa were significantly better than the chicken, would recommend getting non-chicken protein options however the potato salad was just okay. Having tried southern cuisine and Texan bbq this place does not compare but I guess it's good for the area. We were asked to move our seats to make room for a bigger party and they gave us a discount for the inconvenience which I appreciated!

pretty decent BBQ place near west point. We love their smoked wings and potato skins. Decent service, but could be slow at times. Friendly staff. Would recommend !

Wanted to try here after missing my chance to try them back in the day when they were in Newburgh. Staff is incredibly friendly and polite, though out the whole meal, they keep asking I needed anything and how was the food, even the pitmaster/chef as well-made rounds to ensure we enjoyed the meal. The kielbasa was so good, the skin was crispy and snapped when biting it and love the char on it. The pork ribs, i did like, but more of a fan of a wet BBQ rub then a dry rub, i will say those ribs were very meaty, definitely did not ribs that too fatty. Waffle fries were perfect, so well-seasoned and very crispy, could not stop eating them. Cornbread was amazing, it was that homecooked crumby texture, since many places make cornbread too much like a cake, this place is perfect with them. overall great BBQ and very generous portions, my meal was big enough to have three meal portions. Haha.

Was looking for a good BBQ place coming from Monroe NY. Found the spot online so decided to try it out. Must say.. is official. Want good smoked BBQ chicken or Brisket? Here's the spot. Sweat potato fries should be illegal. Super good. Enjoy!

Returned for a visit almost 3 years later. Our group got 2 pig out platters, which is a good variety of the bbq specialties and sides. Ours had ribs, chicken, brisket, pulled pork, kielbasa, onion rings, cornbread and cheesy grits (you choose 2 sides). Favorite meats were kielbasa, brisket, and ribs - all pull apart tender and flavorful. Pulled pork and chicken were on the dry side especially the breast meat which was in the other meal (I suggest requesting the thigh). Enjoyed the onion rings but the cheesy grits were on the bland side, and heard the same from the mac and cheese which I had reviewed last time. Cornbread was moist but small. This is a big meal, even for 2. We had quite a few leftovers, enough for another meal. To feed 4 people with these, it costed just over $100 with a 20% tip. Asked for extra bbq sauce and they were very generous. Pretty good bbq to have in the food desert around West Point.

No reservations for this place, but it was fine as we went at a non-traditional time. I went based off of all the reviews. It was so good! I recommend this place if you're in the area. It isn't high class but just very casual. Just know that you should come ready to EAT! First walk-in and you're greeted by someone who welcomes you inside and asks where you would like to sit down. Instead of menus there is a qr code for you to scan with your phone. They ask right away what you would like to drink and get it for you right away. Utensils with napkins are given separately after you order. There was so much to choose from on the menu. But after a bit we chose the pig out special which included chicken, pulled pork, kielbasa, spare ribs, beef brisket, corn bread, and two sides. They said that it should be enough for two people but we couldn't finish everything. It came with two sides so the mac n cheese and the red skin potato salad were chosen. Both were so good we ate all of the sides. Out of the meats that were given my favorite was the chicken and the kielbasa. All in all if I was in the area again I would go back. I gave it four stars due to the bathroom being a tad bit dirty.

Saw the reviews online was super excited. Place is self has a cool, rustic vibe. But the food was not good.. Sides Macaroni cheese 2/10 (not mac and cheese) Cornbread 6/10 average Pickles and cucumbers 7/10 Beans 7/10 Mains Chicken 7/10 Ribs 2/10 (we're not cooked properly and cleaned) Sausage 6/10 Brisket 1/10 this is not brisket at all Fish 6/10 was dry. Bbq sauce was ok 6/10 To be honest, everyone was eating burgers, we wish we also got burgers. Perhaps that would increase my reading, but for the barbecue portion I would skip

The pig out bbq platter, great to share!

Compared to other bbq in the area, I believe Brothers is a winner. The food quality is great, and techniques of prep and cooking are perfectly mastered. The brisket has a flavorful crust and it breaks apart with a fork. The baked beans have all the right stuff to make them excellent. Baked Mac and cheese is BAKED. The chicken falls off the bone and smoked perfectly. Candied yams are perfect and you can actually taste the butter that you're SUPPOSED to bake into it, (they're the only ones who make it right) in my opinion. We ordered an appetizer of "burnt bacon ends", and so much flavor, and fall apart with a fork. The cocktails were potent, so beware . Did I say enough about the food? Even the service was great. One of the owners even swung by to see if we needed anything. If you haven't already gone, go. It's a nice relaxed atmosphere, and sometimes has live entertainment. You'll love it.

You cannot order an entree with two sides included for "x" amount of money. This is not the norm and not very customer friendly. Here's the good and the bad. We'll do good first..............I loved their cornbread. Lots of BBQ joints do not know how to make good cornbread and even seem to consider it an after thought. Big Mistake. I liked the Mac and cheese. M & C is very personal. If you ask 10 people how it should be made you may get 10 different opinions. I like mine a little creamier but this was good, nice and thick and tasted great. The only way you can get burnt ends is to get them in a beans and burnt ends dish. The beans were good but the burnt ends they put in the dish were tough and dry. After chewing and chewing some of the pieces I spit them out. I love collard greens. Collard greens are one of the reasons I go to BBQ joints. Here it comes......they cook the greens with something (hot sauce maybe?) to make them burn your mouth hot and spicy. Why would you ruin collard greens by making them so hot that you don't even taste the greens? They went into the trash. I hate hot and spicy. I've never been to a restaurant that did that. Really annoying. This place is not cheap, so don't expect "typical" BBQ restaurant prices. But it's in an upscale Westchester neighborhood so I suppose they charge what people are willing to pay. More power to them. Keeping a restaurant running is expensive and exhausting. I might return sometime and try their chicken. I'll have some more cornbread and M & C and try another side dish. I'll skip the collard greens. My order came quickly and the man taking my order was friendly and nice.

This was apparently foreshadowing for the whole meal. Dry and tasteless, it had a weird honey-esque drizzle across the top, but a box of expired dollar store Jiffy mix would have been better. We asked for butter, which of course came out cold and hard. We probably should have called it quits right there but we were hungry and how bad could it be? ** We found out ** - Brisket. We asked for fatty (who wouldn't?) and got the dryest, toughest, slices of meat ever. Looking at the pic, you can see even on a white plate there's absolutely no juice in this meat, and no flavor either, it had to be doused with sauce to be edible. - Burnt Ends had a decent crust, but again, meat so dry it could choke you and so tasteless you wished it would. Again, look for juice in that photo, you won't find it. - Cole Slaw was colorful and crisp but fairly bland.
