Unfortunately I can't recommend Barnes Wildlife Control. I paid a considerable amount of money to have them seal up entry points and put up bait stations, and after a few months the mice were back, and even showing up during the day. I had the bait stations refilled and they are still coming out. Barnes has come out a couple of times since to check out the situation, but they seem incapable of offering any new plan for getting rid of the mice. Wade from your company called and refused to come to my house for Emergency Bat Service on Thursday June 10th. You supposedly have 24/7 service. He said "he wouldn't find anything" over the phone, even though I told him I found a roosting spot with urine. He told me to "shine a flashlight and find them first." How ridiculous. He also hung up the phone on me on June 10th.  He refused to check the basement on his very expensive first service call ($241.88) on May 18th, of which he was worthless and found no bats. I have had 2 bats in the house in the last 2.5 weeks.  I hereby cancel any and all services with your company scheduled on June 21st 2021. I originally intended to spend $4,861.35 for sealing of my home. Wade cost you any and all business of mine. You are a worthless and crooked company - Barnes Wildlife Control 1800 N. I've used their service in past years without a problem. But, in the past year and a half they have not answered their phone and they have not returned my calls. I've called three times a few months apart and have heard nothing back from them. That's not very professional. Barnes Wildlife Control is amazing! I was having some issues with birds getting into small openings in my awning and contacted Barnes Wildlife Control for help. Shoutout to Melissa, she was able to schedule a technician to come out within the week. As promised, the technician, Jake, called to let me know he was on the way on the day of the appointment. After looking at the photos I had sent in when requesting the original quote and assessing the situation on the spot, he quickly reassured me that this is something they see all the time and he would get me squared away for now and provide estimates for a long term solution . Hearing that was such a relief being a first time home owner because I really didn't know what to expect. Jake provided me with peace of mind and taught me a thing or two about birds along the way. These guys are the best. I use them for pest control. I had a bad wasp problem . I used other pest control companies before and they all use the cookie cutter approach to pest control. I had 2 mother raccoon and 6 baby racoon in my attic. Jacob and his crew were very professional and helpful in removing the racoon and fixing the roof so I would not have any additional problems. I just met the gentleman that came out to Mars Hill Drive in Villa South condos. He was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He was so informative and took the time to explain to my husband and I how his business works and other services be they provide.
