The price (flat screen tv, stand and wireless microphones) was the best of the companies I compared. They were flexible with the set-up and pick-up time. Their set-up was on time and quick, and they supplied me with multiple options of equipment and were thorough training me on the equipment. Ed gave me his cell phone number in case I ran into any problems and he texted me the day after the event to notify me of a piece of computer equipment I had left behind. I will definitely use Rent Com for my next event,

You have to love that they are kicking off their start at Woodfield Mall with charity giving days to organizations like the Boys & Girls Clubs and Lurie Children's Hospital. There were delicious apps, sweets and a caricature artist during my visit. I bought some dangling earrings as they were offering a two for $50 sale. My friend received free earrings with her purchase of a necklace and earrings. The bags they put your purchase in are really nice too. I will be back for more gifts and their adorable holiday pieces!

We told Jade we were just looking but Riley fell in love with one of the necklaces. I knew it would be out of my price range but I stillI checked in with Jade about it. She was able to give us a discount for Riley being a student and because this was her birthday month. This was Riley's 1st Kendra Scott piece of jewelry and she was excited beyond belief. Jade made it such a special experience for her that I gave her a huge hug before we left. She is one of the most caring, kind and helpful people I have ever run across. I just wanted to make sure you knew what an asset she is to your store and to the Kendra Scott Image of quality with fair prices.

The store across all areas is highly over priced and scams people who don't know better. Sell items…read moremarked way over value is not what this hobby is about. Owner always tries and communicates on our reviews because he is trying to pack peddle on his own bs talking about market value on a item that was just released and they only got a small amount. That should not give them the ability to mark up prices 50 percent or higher. The new MTG FF was priced as high as they could because on the day of release he checked some bs site and said that's not high enough. Charges unknowingly ignorant customers $500 before the can "buy "a pokemon ETB and then selling them 9 packs of his choosing. I'm a board gamer and I used to go to the store because they used to have a decent selection. Now everything here is basically leftover stock from when it used to be a good game store. You also didn't have a problem if you needed to use the public bathroom inside the store back when I visited originally. Apparently, now they don't let anyone, other than employees, use the bathroom in the store which I find completely ridiculous and I'm sure is against some sort of commercial code. Even when I said that I was in a tough spot and I really needed to utilize it they still wouldn't allow anyone to use it. This place is a joke and shouldn't even be in business if they're gonna treat people that way. Definitely go somewhere else if you're looking for anything board game related. If Pokémon is your bag, I have no idea, but I still wouldn't spend any money here.
