Dan and Joe were both responsive, professional, and generous with their time and patience. From the drop off and setup by Joe to the pickup by Dan, everything went much better than I expected. I had no idea that they provided such comprehensive service! My thoughts that they would just drop off the equipment and I would have to figure it out on my own were quickly dispelled when Joe arrived and made sure we had everything set up, checked, and profiled in the sound board. It made running the sound for our show incredibly easy and eased my mind tremendously! As someone who has no idea what I'm doing around a sound board, I truly appreciated how awesome these guys were. I would definitely use them again and recommend them sincerely to anyone who is looking for a good company run by great people!

Yes, this DJ company is AWESOME!! We hired Dj Michael for our wedding this past weekend and…read moreWOOOOWWWW - he was amazing!! I'm pretty sure I was one of the most nit-pickiest brides he's ever encountered and he did a stellar job in accommodating every single one of my requests no matter how small the detail was. He kept EVERYONE on the dance floor the ENTIRE night and people still can't stop talking about how seamless the event was. There was not a single awkward moment because he knew how to flow from one segment to the next. Thank you KCE and Michael. Will definitely be referring you to everyone I know!!

The contracted DJ, photographer, and videographer all hired by KCE did a fantastic job on the night of our wedding. Afterwards, however, the process of getting the video and photos from Keith has prompted me to leave a 1-star review. When meeting with Keith in person for our initial consultation, it seemed like he truly knew the ins and outs of the wedding entertainment business. His professional communication and customer service skills, however, were horrendous. Every time we reached our to Keith regarding our photos or video he would respond with "I will check and get back to you tomorrow". He never kept on his word and we would ALWAYS have to reach back out to him to follow up. The response to our follow up emails would often be more excuses, lies, and empty promises. All of this terrible communication left my wife stressed and worried that maybe something happened to the items we paid for and potentially would not get them. We were very excited to use Keith Christopher Entertainment as he came highly recommended from a family member that is in the wedding industry. After our experience, she will no longer be recommending this company and will be sharing our experience with her colleagues as well. Looking back at the reviews for this company, it seems like this company has gone downhill since 2014. In the end, we did get what we paid for, but I can confidently say that it was only in a timely manner because I was persistent in contacting him and eventually brought a lawyer into the conversation. We are happy to have our photos and videos and be done with the Keith Christopher Entertainment group, but we are sharing our experience because no couple should have to go through such a stressful and upsetting experience especially during what is supposed to be such a happy time in your life. Sorry for the long post, but I feel like people should know the experience we had.

Mr. Cremer quickly diagnosed that it was not my tuners, and that I needed three new frets. Turned out that he was exactly right. He replaced the three frets with vintage Gibson materials - so that the new frets match the old ones. The guitar now stays in tune, and sounds better than ever. Good to know there's a place around where they understand their craft, and are also good to their customers. Nice shop too - a lot of interesting guitars and equipment to check out. He also did a great job on my Larrivee D03 (at a very fair cost), fixing a bridge that was lifting. He also adjusted my K&K pickup on the Larrivee (which was too "hot), so that I now have better control over the volume without the previous feedback problem. In short, he's an expert in guitars - and very personable.

We worked with Chris through most of the planning, and he worked with us virtually (we live out of state) to get the vibe and our needs just right. He helped us figure out the equipment we'd need to keep our guests happy and work within our budget. Eric was our DJ on the day (along with an assistant who was wonderful, but I forgot his name! Sorry!) and nailed it. As I was getting ready and hiding from guests, I could hear the music setting the stage for the guests and it was exactly what we wanted (big band party vibe!). So many moments throughout the day are now linked to great songs! They also really helped us to coordinate and manage the timeline of our backyard wedding. They helped organize guests for big moments like speeches, special dances, and our sparkler sendoff (which I don't think we could have pulled off without their help). During my dad's fireworks show, they even improvised an amazing soundtrack to accompany the show and helped shoot them off! We couldn't be happier with our choice
