If I hadn't figured it out, they would have continuously charged me. I called and spoke with Jasmin and asked her to look into something for me because I was paying for a device that I had returned. She said she would look into it and call me, but she never called back. I called again half an hour before closing, and she said I'm still looking into it but never called, and this was a couple of days ago. I need someone from T-Mobile to contact me to resolve this issue. They are stealing money from me every month for the voice I return.
