Came in to have SIM card changed in daughter's new phone. Was asked if I wanted cable (again) and I said no. Was asked if I wanted to combine accounts and I said no. He said I could have my husband look at combining accounts online because there were some deals. I said ok, I'll tell him. Then I get an email that says I requested them to combine my accounts. And an email saying I've approved online access to a new account. I never asked for this or approved this! Came in today and asked to speak to a manager who told me there are five people ahead of me and I need to wait an hour to speak to someone. Unbelievably poor customer service. Makes me consider changing services. We've been loyal customers for decades. read more

Came in the other day because my SIM card had gone bad. I was in the store less than 5 minutes and my SIM card was replaced without charge. I'm sorry but I forgot the name of the man who helped me but he was so helpful and friendly. read more

It's no wonder this store shows two stars. This location deserves ZERO. If you are looking for anything AT&T, go to any other AT&T store. You heard it here first. I was recently in this store to purchase a new iPhone. While there, the staff member made all sorts of promises to get the sale, none of which ever came to be. He changed my calling plan with the promise that I would be saving money. My cell bill almost doubled because the salesman did not understand the plans, the services or the prices. A visit to the store and a chat with store manager Luis Medina garnered additional promises, none of which he was able to deliver on, despite emailing me during the week confirming that his employees were poorly trained with inadequate knowledge to properly conduct business. Only after more than six hours on the phone with AT&T Loyalty Department and customer retention was I able to get the horrible mess they left me with resolved. As a direct result of this goatrope, I cancelled my Direct TV service and will be actively seeking to minimize/eliminate all AT&T services I have as they come off contract. This is a great store to stay away from unless you want to deal with major headaches. read more

I went to the store to buy two cell phones and the people who work there serve you very reluctantly, they do not give you good service, they get upset and tell you that there are no phones for you to leave. This store is overdue for a current and up to date review. Having recently moved back in the area we needed internet and tv for our rental property. Having issues trying to select and order service using the online process we decided to stop in at a local store. Being hesitant after reading reviews on yelp we decided to give it a chance since the poor reviews where out dated. We were greeted when arrived and did have to wait for the next available rep which isn't a big deal unless the store is busy or you are in a hurry. The sales rep Miguel Lopez was very informative and focused his attention on our needs and requirements. They even honored all the rebates and discounts offered. Internet was scheduled for install at the soonest possible date and at&t u verse needed to be checked if available at the address. Miguel followed up and made him self available if needed. Just stood at the checkout for 20 minutes - I was completely unnoticed by any member of the staff. Customers kept coming in and were greeted instantly, while I was ignored near the cash register. If I could give this AT&T store no stars I would. On Friday I went to this AT&T store and was helped by CECILIA H. I explained that I wanted to exchange the iPhone 12 phone that I just received in the mail for an iPhone 12 pro as an AT&T associate over the phone told me that it would be easier for me to do the exchange at an AT&T store. She said okay and began the process, even though she was having a lot of issues on her tablet (which now looking back I think it was done purposely so that I could leave) she did the exchange. She took my phone and went into the back where I'm assuming spoke to someone and brought my phone back saying that she couldn't send the iPhone herself and that I would need to return it. A bit shocked I took my phone and said okay, I then asked her that I needed to upgrade one of my lines. She stated that they had no iPhones and that I would need to upgrade my other line online. Again, shocked I grabbed my phone and left the store. Things didn't sit well with me so I called the AT&T number and was told that the store I went to should have been able to return my iPhone 12 and also upgrade my other line. I was already upset and because of that I asked the representative to make sure that CECILIA didn't add any charges to my account. This was the icing on the cake, the representative told me that I was enrolled in the EARLY UPGRADE WITH AT&T NEXT UP for an additional charge which I did NOT agree to!!!! I am beyond upset at how this store does service. I do not recommend nor will I ever do business with this store. Makes me think that the reason why she didn't provide great service was because she wasn't going to make any commission off of me which is sad!!!! read more

Well, first time I was here, the help came after maybe 10 minutes of waiting. But the second time I was here, my god it took me some 30 minutes of waiting, before getting addressed. One of the staff was explaining something to me, when she got pulled away and I again was waiting there for a while, which was annoying. They definitely need more staff here. read more

AVOID this store.....in fact AVOID ATT altogether! My contract with ATT for my cell phone was expiring and although I was not happy with the quality of service from ATT I thought I would make an appointment to see what kind of deal I could get. For two days I tried to make an appointment on line at ATT.com, as usual their system was down and I kept getting the "try again later message". Okay I tried again and again and again. Then I tried calling the store to make an appointment but although ATT is a communications provider, NO ONE answered their phone. Plus I kept getting caught in their blasted answering system which kept telling me to go to ATT.com to make an appointment! Finally, the ATT.com system was working so I made an appointment at 3pm Friday. I got to my appt at 2:52 which is a little early but Friday traffic is sometimes bad and I didn't want to be late since other things to do that day. Walked into the ATT store about 6 minutes early, was greeted and told I was next on the list for service. There was 3 other tables of customers when I arrived. One table with a father and his daughter, one table of what looked like a family consisting of about 5-6 people and one table of ONE lone woman customer. And then ME. I waited and watched and the ONLY person that was being helped was the lone woman, the other two tables of customer which were ahead of me were just sitting there waiting....and waiting...and waiting. Finally, one table of customers walked out, since they were there before me I don't know how long they had been waiting. Plus to make things worse the LONE woman customer had TWO Att employees helping her. TWO....yep I said TWO ATT employees helping her. There were only two sales people available that I saw so why are both helping just ONE woman???? Finally after waiting for over 23 minutes, I asked how much longer it would be and was told the manager was on a conference call. I guess the phone call was more important then any lowly customer except of course the ONE LONE woman that had two ATT employees helping her. I did ask about why two people were helping just ONE person and was told the lone woman did not speak English and she needed the extra help. Does this make sense to anyone??? But I swear that is what the ATT greeter or whatever her title is, told me. read more

The manager of this store showed a complete lack of interest in solving my problem. Sure I should have returned the case in less than a month but I had valid reasons why that didn't happen. I spent hundreds of dollars at this store in the last month and they found it impossible to return a $35 dollar case because the return policy is only 14 days. Also he made me feel like his attitude was my fault for being mad. Apparently AT&T doesn't think the customer is always right, nor do they care about making a loyal AT&T customer happy. Its a small store and one can easily walk in for all the requests. The store manager is so good and he helped a lot with all concerns.

Avoid this store at all costs!! Terrible service!! Arrived at 6:15, greeted at the door and told there were two customers ahead of me. Looked around at the phones, and they have a minimal selection of Android phones, 7 or 8 to choose from. After waiting 40 minutes, seeing 4 people served and 2 leave in disgust, I was told there was still one more person ahead of me. I signed up with Direct Tv the middle of November through their manager named Gerardo, who I later found out misled me about the speed of Internet that was offered in my area. He said that he was giving me the fastest that was offered which I later found out was the fastest in my area, only, the first lie. He seemed like he wanted to make good so he told me to contact my old provider and get an install date to go back, then call so they could call and get my contract nullified. I called him today because It took a couple weeks to get an install date with my old provider and he completely changed his story. He lied and said he never said he would call Direct Tv but only Internet and Phone which I would never had had a complete install done if that were the case. Nothing but lies have come from him since I signed up so buyer beware not to deal with this manager. He shouldn't be managing anything let alone something that involves contracts. I'm a very Unsatisfied customer. I had to pay $440 to cancel my Direct Tv service which is absurd since he told me to do it in the first place. read more
