Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. They have an extensive collections and upholstery and a staff who responded immediately to any questions I had. Their 'white glove' delivery was smooth and on the day they promised. I have been enjoying my chair and sofa for a month. Buying from Leather Creations in Barrington was a great experience. I have been somewhat disabled and in pain for awhile. Mark and Greg were amazing and understood that I needed a very comfortable chair and sofa. They worked so hard to find just the right furniture. They changed cushioning on the furniture I was interested in. They found it for me and customized for my needs. My sofa is pure heaven. They were also just the nicest people. I enjoyed being with them and getting to know them. I would definitely go back and I don't think I would buy sofas and chairs from anyone else! read more

We hit the jackpot at an estate sale -- a 2007 Leather Creations couch, chair, and ottoman in amazing shape! We stopped by the Leather Creations store for cleaning supplies and met Greg Morse, who was a total rockstar. He explained our set is fully protected leather (no wonder it's aged like fine wine!) and even sent us home with a big sack of stuffing to refresh the cushions. Now, at 18 years old, this set looks showroom new. Incredible quality, even better service! Check out the before and after pics! read more

We purchased a love seat and sofa from Leather Creations. It is absolutely stunning. Very well made. So worth the wait. Greg and Mark were great to work with and willing to help us with any questions we had. They were very knowledgeable about the different grades of leather, which was an enormous help to us. We looked at other places to compare price and quality, nothing came close to what we found at Leather Creations. We would highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for quality furniture at a GREAT price. read more

I love our new sofas! They are so comfy, and look amazing. Custom size and design makes all the difference- we were able to choose the kind of leather we liked, the color, the finish, decide between the type of legs vs no legs. The deep seating on these sofas ( Geneva model ) and the ottoman is unreal. It feels like sitting on the cloud! Perfect after a long busy day. It's not easy to find a good deep seating sofa. We were looking for months, and now we finally found it. The speed and the quality of service were a big surprise considering the chain supply issues everyone faces in 2022. Greg who was assisting us made it possible to deliver not only the best customer service but also the speedy production and delivery of the sofas. When we first came into the store, we were able to test different models, and it truly made a difference comparing to all the other stores- not to mention shopping online. Greg was explaining to us how each model is created and what makes it different. He showed us the springs, materials, variety of ways top pillows can be attached etc etc. And the cool part is, we can come to store at anytime to get some filling for the tops if they start feeling loose and too soft. Our purchase came with the 5 year warranty and the set of soap and conditioner that helps maintain the exceptional quality of the leather. We have a small dog with very active paws so this was a concern, but the dog loves the sofas as much as we do! So hopefully there will be no scratches. I'm so happy we came across this place! I cannot recommend Leather Creations enough. Yes, it's pricey but you get what you pay for and much, much more! read more

I have some balance issues which can make it difficult to get up from a sofa. And, my sofa is only 19 inches from the floor which makes it a challenge for me to get up. Leather Creations was able to custom make me 2 chairs which are 24 inches from the floor, with firm seat cushions in the style and color leather which I liked. Pricey - but oh so very worth every penny for the comfort and ease which I can get up from the chair! Jerry really knows all about custom leather furniture and was a pleasure to work with through out the whole process. The entire process was very professional. read more

I am so extremely pleased with my new purchase. The sofa was custom designed to my measurements, I picked the type of couch I wanted, the type of leather and the color and then we designed the ottoman with storage to go with it. I needed something durable for my 2 Dobermans... And this is exactly what I was looking for. It is as beautiful as I expected and came in earlier than expected. I would highly recommend leather creations! read more

We recently purchased and received our reclining sofa. Greg and Mark were extremely helpful in answering any and all questions we had. This was our first experience and purchase from Leather Creations. I would recommend them to anyone looking for leather furniture since they carry many colors and grades of leather. Our delivery came earlier than expected and the delivery service was very good and respectful. read more

I had a wonderful experience selecting our couch from leather creations! They were able to put the back on one onto the seat and arms of another and create something truly custom. I love the idea of never having to replace a couch because of the cushions because all the cushions are refillable and they offer a lifetime worth of the filling. The service person Greg was very patient with us not pushy at all and answered all of our questions. We couldn't have had a better experience! And because there's no middle man the price of it was way lower than some of the other places we looked. Can't wait for our couch to come in! read more

We recently took delivery of a leather couch and loveseat purchased from Jerry at the Barrington Store. We really appreciated the no pressure sales approach. Both of the pieces were customized, length, firmness, leather, feet, etc., based upon our measurements, specific dimensions and test setting on different models in the showroom. We had a good idea what we wanted when we stopped at the Barrington store. Jerry helped us figure out and select the options and explained the customization details. That was in July. Today we made the 2-hour trip to the store and purchased a matching leather recliner and a fabric-covered ottoman. The combination of quality and very professional service is what brought us back. In 2008 we purchased a recliner from the Buford, GA store when we lived in GA. Our kids have that chair and it is still holding up very well. The furniture quality over 12 years of use is what brought us back to Leather Creations when we decided to purchase new living room furniture. We now live back in Wisconsin and the closest store is in the Chicago area. We could have gone elsewhere but did not. Leather Creation's furniture is not cheap but quality never is. If you want furniture that you will get tired of before it wears out, shop here. read more

I have bought two sectionals from Leather Creations and have excellent customer service. I like that you can get filling for your back cushions any time that you need them and if the seat cushions get a little worn you can order new foam pads for the seats. We also have two leather tub chairs that are at least 15 or more years old and they look great. read more

Jerry took great care of us at the South Barrington store. I have a U shaped 10 seat sectional from 2005 year and it is still like new. They take great care of all their clients. You are like family. Outstanding Company. Hard to find in this era we are experiencing. read more

I bought an entire set for a family room and spent quite a bit of money on the couches. We bought what we were told was very high quality leather imported from Italy. The color began to deteriorate and wear off in spots after a few years. We had them redone but that only lasted a year or so. Cushions constantly slip out as well though the person who sold us the couches told us that wouldn't be a problem. I've only had two sets of leather couches. The first set we bought in downtown Chicago and were very high quality and lasted forever. Then we bought these. I'd look for other options where you can get higher quality leather. read more

I recently purchased a sectional and leather headboard and frame. There was no pressure they to buy at all. Outstanding explanation of the leather choices and styles. We picked different leather for the ottoman and pillows and it looks amazing. Paid probably twice what we could have at Macy's but less then atty an expensive furniture store. For this we got high quality custom designed and American made products. Delivery was top notch and on time. I highly recommend and you owe it to yourself to at least visit them. read more

If I could some it up...the explanation of what Leather Creations manufactures, both from a quality & durability standpoint, is overshadowed by it's beauty and comfort. I was shocked when I learned that all of their pieces are made here in the USA. The employees were extremely knowledgeable and not pushy in any way. You could tell that they truly loved and believed in the furniture that they sell. My husband says the couch we purchased is the most comfortable piece of furniture we have ever owned and it looks great which makes me happy! read more

While a purchase hasn't been made yet, I felt that the education learned from the staff of leather creations is excellent. They explained the differences in the hides used, how their superior framing of their couches differs from others to give better support and in the end you have a high quality couch for less money than higher priced competitors. I look forward to continuing my shopping experience in hopes to making a purchase soon. read more

My wife and I purchased our leather sleeper sofa from Leather Creations. First, it is the best product of its kind we've ever owned. The leather is impeccable and the quality of the construction is unparalleled. Nothing in standard furniture stores compares. We also want to give a large shout out to our salesperson, Jerry Brody. His knowledge and professionalism helped us select just the right piece. And he followed up after the delivery and installation to make sure everything was perfect. Which is was. We purchased our sofa from Leather Creations in 2008 when the store was in Schaumburg. Today, the sofa is still a beautiful piece of furniture. I came into the store today here in South Barrington to get some additional fill for our back pillows. The lifetime warranty on the products gives us access to materials to keep this sofa soft and supportive. More importantly, the people here are tremendously helpful. I recommend this store to all my friends. read more
