We hit the jackpot at an estate sale -- a 2007 Leather Creations couch, chair, and ottoman in amazing shape! We stopped by the Leather Creations store for cleaning supplies and met Greg Morse, who was a total rockstar. He explained our set is fully protected leather (no wonder it's aged like fine wine!) and even sent us home with a big sack of stuffing to refresh the cushions. I love our new sofas! They are so comfy, and look amazing. Custom size and design makes all the difference- we were able to choose the kind of leather we liked, the color, the finish, decide between the type of legs vs no legs. The deep seating on these sofas ( Geneva model ) and the ottoman is unreal. It feels like sitting on the cloud! Perfect after a long busy day. It's not easy to find a good deep seating sofa. We were looking for months, and now we finally found it. The speed and the quality of service were a big surprise considering the chain supply issues everyone faces in 2022. Greg who was assisting us made it possible to deliver not only the best customer service but also the speedy production and delivery of the sofas. When we first came into the store, we were able to test different models, and it truly made a difference comparing to all the other stores- not to mention shopping online. Greg was explaining to us how each model is created and what makes it different. He showed us the springs, materials, variety of ways top pillows can be attached etc etc. And the cool part is, we can come to store at anytime to get some filling for the tops if they start feeling loose and too soft. Our purchase came with the 5 year warranty and the set of soap and conditioner that helps maintain the exceptional quality of the leather. We have a small dog with very active paws so this was a concern, but the dog loves the sofas as much as we do! So hopefully there will be no scratches. I'm so happy we came across this place! The sofa was custom designed to my measurements, I picked the type of couch I wanted, the type of leather and the color and then we designed the ottoman with storage to go with it. I have some balance issues which can make it difficult to get up from a sofa. And, my sofa is only 19 inches from the floor which makes it a challenge for me to get up. Leather Creations was able to custom make me 2 chairs which are 24 inches from the floor, with firm seat cushions in the style and color leather which I liked. Pricey - but oh so very worth every penny for the comfort and ease which I can get up from the chair! I had a wonderful experience selecting our couch from leather creations! They were able to put the back on one onto the seat and arms of another and create something truly custom. I love the idea of never having to replace a couch because of the cushions because all the cushions are refillable and they offer a lifetime worth of the filling. The service person Greg was very patient with us not pushy at all and answered all of our questions. We couldn't have had a better experience! I bought an entire set for a family room and spent quite a bit of money on the couches. We bought what we were told was very high quality leather imported from Italy. The color began to deteriorate and wear off in spots after a few years. We had them redone but that only lasted a year or so. Cushions constantly slip out as well though the person who sold us the couches told us that wouldn't be a problem. I've only had two sets of leather couches. The first set we bought in downtown Chicago and were very high quality and lasted forever. Then we bought these. I'd look for other options where you can get higher quality leather. read more

I recently purchased a sectional and leather headboard and frame. There was no pressure they to buy at all. Outstanding explanation of the leather choices and styles. We picked different leather for the ottoman and pillows and it looks amazing. Paid probably twice what we could have at Macy's but less then atty an expensive furniture store. For this we got high quality custom designed and American made products. Delivery was top notch and on time. I highly recommend and you owe it to yourself to at least visit them. read more

If I could some it up...the explanation of what Leather Creations manufactures, both from a quality & durability standpoint, is overshadowed by it's beauty and comfort. I was shocked when I learned that all of their pieces are made here in the USA. The employees were extremely knowledgeable and not pushy in any way. You could tell that they truly loved and believed in the furniture that they sell. While a purchase hasn't been made yet, I felt that the education learned from the staff of leather creations is excellent. They explained the differences in the hides used, how their superior framing of their couches differs from others to give better support and in the end you have a high quality couch for less money than higher priced competitors.
