If there is a problem with my pets, she texts me right away. Why do i use them instead of another company or a neighbor? They're licensed and insured. They have a ton of plans to choose from, or you can schedule individual visits. They try to keep the walker consistent, and when our primary is unavailable, they have other walkers who can step in (so i don't have to worry about finding a backup). They have a pretty good app that you use for scheduling, visit summaries, and billing.
