The facilities are clean and well-lit, so I immediately felt safe about leaving him. Sandy Paws also offers a BYOD wash, I think that's super awesome, although I haven't taken advantage of this service yet. Please be specific of what kind of cut you want for your loved dog! I read other reviews where people complained, if you don't specify, it does not help anyone's case. We usually get a puppy cut/trim for Chewie, I find that he looks his best like this. Anything shorter, he looks like a chihuahua LOL. Show the groomer a photo! Call ahead as they're usually booked in advanced. You'll quickly see why. They also sell a variety of treats, dog harnesses, poop bags, the works! After looking around the shop, and possibly grabbing a bite to eat next door, they'll give you a call and let you know that your little fur baby is good to go! We always get Chewie back smelling fantastic, tail wagging, and a cute little seasonal bandana. Our pup is happy, and we are happy. If you want a nice, clean, safe place for your pup to be groomed - this is the place to be.

Well he is so happy to go there every Tuesday and Thursday to see his buddies and the best handlers. This is also a family business and they treat Otis with love and care. Love the fact they can get a rat bath, use the pool during the summer, buy your dog food or dog treats...everything is right there. Boarding is the best, and day is Fantastic....Otis comes home nice and tired. A tired dog is a happy dog! We have also done Basic Training all the way to Advanced Training and I have a different dog who is well behaved and a good boy!!! Thank you Ana and Gary for making Otis feel at home every week!

Cheryl [the groomer] was so kind and sweet - not to mention she was great with my puppy who gets too excited for his own good. I had called earlier this morning to see if there were any openings and she helped me book over the phone - it was a very seamless process. I had to bring my dogs rabies vaccination certificate, other than that checking in was also very easy. This is already my go to store and I'm glad to know that their grooming services are great - I will definitely use them again in the future. *In regard to COVID - store is super clean, everyone wears masks, and cashiers have plexiglass-like barrier.

After leaving I noticed my pepper spray which was in a case so it's clearly noticeable was missing I only went to Petco nowhere else. I only opened my purse at the register. I called them immediately. I was told over the phone that nobody had turned one in. I then went back to the store to look for myself. I got zero assistance. The cashier that did my transaction didn't even get asked or addressed. I then left my name and number. I don't understand how nobody saw this. I checked out at 9:08. They op at 9am.
