I left a $10 tip, but after checking the receipt, I realized the suggested tips were calculated based on the full price before the Happy Hour discount, not the amount we actually paid. My $10 tip ended up being about 26% of the actual bill. The service was good, and I'm happy to tip for good service. But how much I tip should be my choice. If suggested tips are based on the pre-discount total, that should be clearly disclosed instead of presenting it in a way that can mislead customers. As for the food, everyone has different tastes. We personally found it average. Good service, but very disappointing lack of transparency.
