They do a lot of double talking here. The cost of glasses is usually padded with extras. I don't know if they work on commission or have a quota to meet. I will not be coming back here and can not honestly recommend this place.to anyone. read more

If I could give less stars I would. Service is horrible. The staff is very incompetent and rude. We had a warranty on my sons glasses that we bought less than 6 months ago, but have discontinued the frames. So we have to buy new frames...scam! Also tried to schedule an eye appointment, but they didn't have one working today. read more

Had great service at Bards. The Doctors are very kind and they answer your questions if the patient would ask them.

This place is horrible. They quote and you pay one price then they charge you more. They sell you a eye exam and glasses and then sell you a extra pair of sunglasses but don't put your prescription in them. That's extra but you don't know that until you go to pick them up and you can't read with them on. There are better places that this - save your eyes go somewhere else. read more
