Quality ingredients but I was concerned about the small and cramped work stations. Especially of concern was the placement of tortillas directely beside the sink. Previously ordered, they forgot my Chips and Salsa that I ordered. Couldn't go back that day so called and was told to let them know next order and they would replace it. I ordered today online as usual, told them in the instructions, they just ignored me. First time at Bar Burrito in Parksville they charged for a beer and liquor tax,($6.70) they don't even sell alcohol, and had to ask twice for the receipt, went back next day and there was a bit of a problem getting refunded, only wanted to reimburse $4.00, and took the money from the tip jar, the full amount of course, after being reprimanded. read more

We stopped here for lunch while leaving the ferry terminal in search of a good meal we could take to the park. It blew our expectations out of the water. I ordered a regular steak burrito. The beans were delicious and very well seasoned. The rice (which had peppers in it, I believe) was great as well. And the steak was so tender. It was amazing. Terrible experience here totally sent me off without any cutlery and napkins when I asked for my meal to go on my way to catch the ferry. When I got there I had no napkins or cutlery. When I called to voice a complaint she told me it was my responsibility to grab the napkins and cutlery. Which would have been fine if they told me that before I paid and tipped and left. read more

It's good and definitely a comfort food but at the end of the day, it is still fast food so don't expect anything amazing. Try the beyond meat burrito though! Also the fries were heaven. Other than that they cram A LOT of ingredients into a burrito that you will definitely feel overly full afterwards. read more
