Brisket has always been tender, with that wonderful smoked fat that just dissolves in your mouth. Pork Candy nothing like poor man burn ends with pork belly. The spices and jalapeño cheddar just worked very well together and it's smoked to perfect perfection. Pulled pork is good and flavorful. It's been a while since I've had it so I can't recite exactly how it tasted. Burnt ends are always a hit. If I get the fatty pieces then I love them and would eat two or 3 pounds of them over a weekend. If it's the non-fatty pieces they're OK. They have a little more chew to them than I like. But that doesn't stop me from getting them when they are offered. New location on race Street is easier to access and it's got dine in options. I know that's good for them.
