    Parking lot
    Kim G.

The parking lot is so narrow in this shopping location and the parking spaces are tight. It is right off the HWY. I can imagine this location stays busy. This location doesn't have a ton of seating...so be prepared to grab and go. The servers were nice people. The serving pace was a bit slow for lunch time. The line stayed long the entire time I was there. It took about 20 mins to get my order completed. If you have a short lunch period...this may not be the place for you. I ordered a steak burrito bowl. Without a sauce, it had a very bland, but fresh taste. If you like seasoning on your food. Ask for a sauce or extra salsa to jazz this up. The bag of complimentary chips, is huge! Definitely enough to share. It comes with your choice salsa (mild, medium and hot). I thought the chips had more flavor than the meal. I'm going to give this place another shot. I think I will try to not come during the most busy time of the day and make sure I ask for sauce.

Spicy chicken burrito with chips and salsa

Default work lunch spot for a quick bite. Ordered the spicy chicken burrito and it was pretty good. Really like the chipotle ranch on there. Came with chips and salsa, not a fan of the salsa flavors so best option is to get red mild salsa and ask for a side of hot sauce to mix in. Service was friendly and fast. Restaurant was clean and orderly.

This new location is very modern and in a great location. Outdoor seating. Very polite staff. The process from the start of the order process until you pay at the end of the line is very quick. Fresh ingredients. I wish they had more protein items. Very few to choose from in my opinion. I would gladly leave 5 stars if they had ground beef. Chips and salsa is outstanding. Drinks are very pricy.

If you don't like Barbs then I'm convinced you're not even human...this place is who everyone else wish they were even CHIPOTLE (yea I said it so what)! Many many options to choose from PLEASE don't forget the hot sauce! Prices are very reasonable. Barbs has solidified itself as a southern staple along with cookout! Cant come to the south and not know these places!

Chipotle and Qdoba have much better food, especially quesadillas. I have had better meals at Taco Bell. Nice staff but blah food.

The restaurant itself was really clean despite the lunch rush just having gone through. So we were really impressed with the tables being kept up after the lunch rush and the chairs were comfortable as well. The prices are fair especially with how good the food is. Even our family friend who is notoriously picky was impressed by the food. One downside was that it was difficult to understand the lady behind the counter however we were able to order by pointing to what we wanted. One of the meals we got we aren't sure exactly what it was, as we pointed to something someone else had gotten. Our friend got the chicken quesadilla and she said it was really good. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the guacamole. It was a bit thin and bland. We went based on a recommendation of a coworker who said they had three tacos for $9.99 as part of a meal and they said they were so good and it was a really great value which is why we went there. We definitely weren't disappointed and plan on returning.

If you are not signed up for their rewards, definitely look into it because you can get these for free :). I ordered the Triple Dipper, as one does when they are craving Chili's! I got the mozzarella sticks, big mouth bites, and boneless BBQ wings. The mozzarella sticks are always huge and perfectly cooked! The BBQ wings were flavorful and always a safe bet. The big mouth bites were a little dry, but with some ranch they improved. I ordered a Dr. Pepper and it was great but my one and only refill did not arrive until after my food did. The restaurant is always pretty loud, with it being a pretty popular spot, but this does not bother me. The manager checked on us halfway through the meal which was nice, as this seems to be the standard. Overall, this restaurant is pretty basic and I would return here again for a safe bet at good food.

Today, however, was an off day, a very off day. We went because I had a free dessert for my birthday. I'd also received an email yesterday saying skillet queso was back, and my husband loves his skillet queso. We sat at the bar and the bartender let us know he'd help us as soon as he could. The restaurant was packed and he was the only bartender, and he was busting out drinks. He grabbed our drink order and we tried to order skillet queso, but they didn't have any. We got the southwest queso, which was excellent! Very similar to the skillet queso but with spicy peppers instead of meat. We were very pleased with it. Our entrees came out. My husband got the chicken and steak fajitas. The meat was not so hot it sizzled like we're used to, but it wasn't room temp, so no big deal. His tortillas had been placed on top of his cheese so his cheese had melted onto his plate, and his rice was cold. I got chicken crispers with two dipping sauces, fries and mac and cheese. My fries were cold. The noodles in my mac and cheese were not cooked all the way. My tenders were hot, but the expo had spilled most of my buffalo ranch onto my basket and didn't bother to offer me a fresh one (we saw her rebalancing the basket from behind the doors into the kitchen). There was no way I was going to ask the bartender to get me more as he was too busy. I would recommend the bartender, Jonathan, any day of the week. But the expo (who I think was the manager based on her attire) and the rest of the kitchen staff need to put in more effort. We likely won't be dining here again in the near future.

True to its namesake, there are brightly colored folk art designs throughout the restaurant in line with their Mexican heritage. The trees that make it look overgrown from the outside actually serve to allow sunlight while masking the surrounding city, facilitating the transformation that makes you feel like you're in Mexico City. We came at an off-peak time in the afternoon and it was nearly empty. We were seated immediately and the service was prompt and attentive. I was pleased to see some unique menu offerings like Birra Ramen and Sopes that deviate from the standard American-friendly fare in most places. Drinks were good - we had a regular house margarita, a triple berry margarita, and a jalapeño cucumber margarita. All were tasty and I would order again. I tried to order a Mezcalita, since it's not often I see a Mezcal option, but they were out of that particular liquor. We tried to get street corn as an appetizer, which they were also out of. We got cheese and salsa with chips instead. The chips were hot and fresh, the salsa generous with the cilantro, and the cheese bold and warm. For entrees we had the Al Pastor Quesadilla and the Birra Ramen. The quesadilla was good, though the beans on the side were pretty bland. The ramen was a unique and very tasty option, and I was not able to finish such a generous portion. I think I'd leave the cheese out next time since it made some weird textures, but the flavor was great overall. Overall, there are some small things to improve (having menu items in stock, bland beans) and the prices were a bit high, but we had a great experience overall. I'm not often in the area, but I'll certainly eat here again if I am!

I got there at Noon on a Friday, it was not too busy but we were a party 5 so once we got in the place looked a bit crowded as we had wait in line to order. When we got to order it got busy, so another server came in to help take our order so we didn't have to wait for long. The ambience in the restaurant was amazing! It had a an amazing Latin vibe with great music playing and food to back it up. I was with two people who grew up in Miami, and they agreed with me so I know this was a good Latin restaurant. Coming to the order, I got a shredded chicken torta with no cheese along with their spiciest salsa and verde salsa on the side and the boiled (they had fried as well, but I just wanted to be healthy) yuca. The torta was delicious, the spicy salsa gave an amazing kick to it and it chomped it down in no time. The boiled yuca was a bit bland but the verde sayce helped with that. With my friends from Miami loving this place, I will definitely be back here to try out mlre items out of their menu!

BOTH the chicken and beef are perfectly cooked and filled with flavor. My friend ordered the Bistec con Tostones and loved it! She orders with black beans instead of refries beans. She wishes there was cheese involved and will order a side of cheese on the future. She loves the house dressing and the Peruvian. Wow! So cilantro heavy and yummy and creamy.
