This was a modern restaurant set in a very old part of Spain. We sat in a section that was lower elevation than the outside streets. The walls had exposed arches that had been filled in countless years ago. The food here was very good. Standouts included the toasted bread with roasted tomatoes, covered by a ibérico ham. The calamari with a drizzle of olive oil and minced kimchi was exquisite. The potato omelette called Chump Omelet was tasty, but needed some salt and probably a hot sauce for my personal preference. The Iberian Feather feature an ibérico pork tenderloin that was roasted to medium, and was drizzled with some pan sauce and served with fried potatoes and some yummy peppers. We also had a smoked tuna belly salad with tomatoes and onion. The tomatoes were very fresh and tasty. The red wine was excellent as well. Overall fabulous!
