We started with the deviled eggs, which my table mates raved about. I didn't personally try them, but based on how quickly they disappeared, they are clearly a must-order. The pork belly ssam was a standout, perfectly balanced and easily one of the highlights of the night. We also shared the dirty chicken and the tater tots, both of which hit the mark. For our sides, we opted for the namesake corn succotash and the seasonal ginger broccoli. Both were seasoned beautifully and complemented the heavier dishes well. It is rare to find a spot where the sides feel just as intentional and well-executed as the entrees. The drinks were just as impressive, rounding out the meal perfectly.
