My one friend who ordered a dish (which the name of unfortunately escapes me) with prawns, beans, and chorizo also shared this sentiment. Other dishes that received good reviews from the table included a cheese platter, the cactus dessert (mojito mousse and lemon sorbet), the fish of the day (which was cod), and the mushroom risotto. We also ordered a bottle of Cava Montjuic, which tasted similar to many other sparkling white wines. One problem to note was that we were not alerted that the fish of the day had clams atop it, which posed a problem for the recipient of the dish who has a shellfish allergy. The staff was polite and understanding, though she did just have to order and pay for another dish. Overall, nice atmosphere and good food, but not as great as expected.

Here are my recommendations, but take them with a grain of salt (literally, when it comes to pan con tomate), because they are seasonal, and the menu changes: 1) Get the pan con tomate.
