I am writing to report the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered in any restaurant or anywhere else...
When I ordered lasagna, I was served a dish that looked nothing like what was described or expected. I calmly explained that this was not what I had ordered and politely said I did not wish to accept or pay for it. What followed was absolutely shocking. Rather than resolving the issue professionally, your staff member began yelling at me loudly and aggressively, accusing me of not knowing what lasagna is.
Even though my children were with me, the woman continued to shout, mock, and insult me in front of them. I remained calm and tried to de-escalate the situation, asking why I was being treated so rudely. She responded by arrogantly saying she needed to "educate" people on how lasagna is made, and that I couldn't possibly know what lasagna should look like.
When I said I would not pay 12 euros for a dish I did not eat and would report this behavior to the police, she escalated further--threatening to pull my hair and telling me to come back at 2 p.m. so she could do it, claiming she couldn't assault me immediately because there were customers present. This was beyond unprofessional--it was threatening and potentially criminal.
Her tone and behavior were filled with racism, hatred, and hostility. She made false assumptions about my nationality, and based on those assumptions, she insulted and humiliated me. Her words and actions amounted not only to discrimination, but to hate speech and an attempted assault.
This was not just poor service--it was a degrading and traumatic experience. I am absolutely appalled, and I expect a full investigation, a written apology, and consequences for the staff member involved. If this matter is not taken seriously, I will escalate it to consumer protection authorities and share my experience publicly to ensure others are warned.
No one deserves to be treated this way--especially not in front of their children. read more
