The employees at this location were not current with basic mobile technology. For example, a Google PIxal phone can operate with an AT&T sim card - transferred from an existing phone on the Google Fi platform. Google Fi uses a downloaded eSIM to operate their phones if the phone is sold unlocked. I suggest that AT&T spend some time to update their store training so employees can respond and support all basic operating issues that may arise.
