Google brought us here and so happy they did - definitely a modern + tad upscale Vietnamese restaurant that's beautifully decorated and very clean Menu has photos! Loved that they offer a combo deal (appetizer + entrée + dessert) Seafood Tamarind Soup + BBQ Pork Vermicelli + 3color jelly dessert; -- soup 5/5, the Tamarind flavor came through so well, definitely what I needed to help with my cold - BBQ Pork Vermicelli, so refreshing, needed the greens for my body snd they delivered - 3color jelly dessert, flavor overall was good...but served not at the right temperature, the ice had already melted when it was brought out to me, it was served lukewarm...eh Papaya Salad + Clay Pot Caramelized Pork + Banana Brulee with Coconut Sago; - Papaya Salad, delicious and so refreshing, just what we we needed after the hustle and bustle of the day - Clay Pot Caramelized Pork 5/5, HOLY CRAP this was good LOOOL such rich in flavor that I had to order a bowl of rice so leftover caramelized glaze doesn't go to waste (sorry SO -- I didn't leave you with much hehe) highly recommend this dish! - Banana Brulee with Coconut Sago, tasty and refreshing! prefer this over my 3color jelly dessert Definitely check it out if you're wanting Vietnamese Cuisine!

I've been craving it for weeks now and unfortunately, I'm no longer in the area. The service was quick and the ambience of the restaurant was great. Offering Vietnamese, Chinese, and Thai cuisine, Chez Cay unfortunately fell short of delivering authentic Vietnamese flavors. I ordered the Beef Pho, and found the broth lacking in depth and richness, while the noodles resembled more of pad thai than traditional pho noodles. Instead of fresh thinly sliced flank pieces, you'll find bits of brisket, meatballs, and maybe what resembles thinly sliced flank?? Attempting to salvage the dish, I reached for sriracha and hoisin sauce, only to discover they weren't available.

The menu is quite large and there is a menu in English. To start we ordered chicken dumplings that were good. I ordered Pho and my husband the noodles with chicken. The soup broth was tasty after adding all the herbs and sauces. My issue was with the beef slices. Some were tough with gristle that made it impossible to chew, others had an "off taste" and others were perfectly fine. The noodles were perfect! My husband enjoyed his dish but had a hard time locating many bits of chicken. I would not return as there are many other Vietnamese offerings in the area.

The exterior and interior are very hip and so many people are enjoying a nice meal here. This place was insanely busy! Even on a weekday during the day time I was kind of shocked. The pho was so tasty and I loved the broth! Also, the noodles were the thicker ones which I am a total fan of! This seriously hit the spot, and I still talk about this place all day every day when people ask me about Paris! Overall this is a good spot to come to if you are craving something Asian in Paris! If you come here please order the beef pho you will be shocked at how bomb it is.

Food: 2/5 Service: 4/5…read moreAmbiance: 3/5 After eating French food for four days straight, I started craving Asian cuisine, specifically Vietnamese pho. After some searching, I found this place that seemed promising. I ordered the pho, but it was a major letdown. I didn't have high expectations, but it still managed to disappoint. The veggie portion was minimal, the overall portion was small, and the pho had just a hint of its usual aroma. I've had everything from authentic pho to halfway decent versions, but this was bare-bones pho. On the plus side, they didn't dilute the broth, so it wasn't completely watered down. I'd give it 3 stars, but I won't be coming back.

We had one chicken and one pork spring roll. They'll hear it up for you but only in the microwave. This made the spring roll soggy, but the filling was good so it does have potential. I did like that you can get as little or as much food as you want and that they sell it pieces. They just need to invest in an air fryer or toaster oven and they'll be set.

The broth was so flavorful and one of the best I've had in a very long time. Didn't need to add any extra sauces :) Lots of noodles and very tender meat. I appreciated they give you a ton of meat. After doing some research around the area, I'm so glad I tried out this place. A straight forward restaurant name with Banh Mi, the sandwiches are just as straight forward and delicious. I ordered the Porc Caramel and not only was the bread crispy and a perfect crunch, the sliced up carrots were some of the best I've ever had on a banh mi itself. Also, I like to say I have a good spice tolerance, but Banh Mi's jalapeños are such a great spicy kick to add to this banh mi. I loved this place so much, I went here twice; once upon exploring Paris and then once again before I left France because I loved how delicious this banh mi was. I must also add I was able to meet the owner and the employees and they are so friendly and so nice and so welcoming.
