Besides the rich and flavorful meat fillling, a prominent advantage of the banh mi here is that it is baked hot and crispy, something that no other shop can do. I was actually surprised that drinking the soup didn't make me feel super bloated...makes you wonder how much MSG they use back home! Staff here were really friendly.
