Bo bun cha gio ( grilled chicken vermicelli)

When I'm Paris!! It's no secret that I love trying everything. Once you've been to Paris about a dozen times or a few dozen times... and you're done trying all the Michelin spots.. you gotta try other spots! Like this tiny pho spot. And thanks to super fast scooters/ deliveroo, you can get your order under 15 minutes. What's not to like. Save you time from having to travel to the restaurant, the whole sit down and ordering is nice but takes a while even pre Covid. I enjoy delivery while getting ready for my sit down meals. Sorry not sorry! This place was great. One of the few pho spots that have menu similar to what I'm used to in states. But the taste though. So much better! I got their chicken bun salad with spring roll and combo beef pho. But since it's Paris, no offals like tripe or meat balls. Only beef in 3 different cuts. The raw beef was quite fresh. Broth was piping hot but not as sugary as the states pho. Both were fresh, packed well and delicious. And also 1/3 of the portions you'd get from pho/ bun salads in the states. Very small but perfect for me. Not a lot to waste! And mild yet flavorful broth was just amazing!! They were around €12 a dish. Worth it! Packaging is always the best when you do deliveries in Paris. What's not to like!

The good Yelp reviews leaded me to this restaurant, and those compliments weren't fake ! Food are authentic and easy to eat ! ( it would be a perfect hangover Sunday lunch for sure) We had a spring roll and a dumpling plate as appetizer. Tastes were great and special ! I love the peanut sauce and the texture of the dumplings. It was a bit chewy :) For main dish, we've selected the pork ribs and pho tai. Pork ribs are great for people who love strong and rich flavor, and the side rice would definitely make you full for the night ! Pho tai is simple with good portion ! I love the taste of the broth, and didn't get tired of the flavor after drinking almost the full bowl ! In short, this restaurant is worth to visit if you are seeking some simple and tasty Vietnamese food for a casual lunch or dinner ! Highlight: Great spring roll Simple but tasty pho Awesome pork ribs Good portion Welcoming staffs Happy services Clean bathroom

After a long day of touring Paris, this this the best place to have a bowl of ph and lots of authentic Vietnamese food. The friendly waiter and owner recommended us the best wine.

A nice Vietnamese restaurant near Panthéon. The broth of beef noodle is really authentic.

    Caramel pork, delicious!

I love the vietnamese food here! My husband and I ordered Thit Kho (caramel pork) which was so delicious! That paired with garlic fried rice inspires me to try making that at home myself. We also ordered bun Thit nuong chai gio (vermicelli with grilled BBQ pork and egg rolls) and that was great too. There was only one woman working all the tables during lunchtime (I felt bad for her) so it may take more time.

Close to our hotel and on our way back from the Panthéon, we spotted this gem. Very fast and kind service, amazing food. Recommend!

Food was mediocre. Having tried Vietnamese food many times, this was definitely a bit of a disappointment. Service was fine.

The beef soup is flavorful and the fried chicken and shrimp dumplings were crispy and tasty.

Google brought us here and so happy they did - definitely a modern + tad upscale Vietnamese restaurant that's beautifully decorated and very clean Menu has photos! Loved that they offer a combo deal (appetizer + entrée + dessert) Seafood Tamarind Soup + BBQ Pork Vermicelli + 3color jelly dessert; -- soup 5/5, the Tamarind flavor came through so well, definitely what I needed to help with my cold - BBQ Pork Vermicelli, so refreshing, needed the greens for my body snd they delivered - 3color jelly dessert, flavor overall was good...but served not at the right temperature, the ice had already melted when it was brought out to me, it was served lukewarm...eh Papaya Salad + Clay Pot Caramelized Pork + Banana Brulee with Coconut Sago; - Papaya Salad, delicious and so refreshing, just what we we needed after the hustle and bustle of the day - Clay Pot Caramelized Pork 5/5, HOLY CRAP this was good LOOOL such rich in flavor that I had to order a bowl of rice so leftover caramelized glaze doesn't go to waste (sorry SO -- I didn't leave you with much hehe) highly recommend this dish! - Banana Brulee with Coconut Sago, tasty and refreshing! prefer this over my 3color jelly dessert Definitely check it out if you're wanting Vietnamese Cuisine!

Offering Vietnamese, Chinese, and Thai cuisine, Chez Cay unfortunately fell short of delivering authentic Vietnamese flavors. I ordered the Beef Pho, and found the broth lacking in depth and richness, while the noodles resembled more of pad thai than traditional pho noodles. Instead of fresh thinly sliced flank pieces, you'll find bits of brisket, meatballs, and maybe what resembles thinly sliced flank?? Attempting to salvage the dish, I reached for sriracha and hoisin sauce, only to discover they weren't available.

The menu is quite large and there is a menu in English. To start we ordered chicken dumplings that were good. I ordered Pho and my husband the noodles with chicken. The soup broth was tasty after adding all the herbs and sauces. My issue was with the beef slices. Some were tough with gristle that made it impossible to chew, others had an "off taste" and others were perfectly fine. The noodles were perfect! My husband enjoyed his dish but had a hard time locating many bits of chicken. I would not return as there are many other Vietnamese offerings in the area.

Yesterday at a nice bistro I got a salad to lighten things up, and it had so much creamy dressing, I was right back where I started. Needing a change, I headed for Foyer Mon Vietnam, up a small street close to a pretty happening area of the latin quarter. The place is cozy and welcoming, clean, with plants, warm lighting, and reasonably sized and spaced tables (indoor dining only). The service was super friendly and fast. But best of all the food was so FRESH and DELICIOUS. I walked out with a spring in my step. Tomorrow I will eat a kilo of cheese again, but for now I am light and free! We had crab & shrimp rolls (fried so crispy but not oily at all, with tasty sauce that was tangy, light, and perfect without being goopy/thick, with accompanying lettuce and mint leaves, ordered a 2nd round it was so good), papaya salad (crisp fresh vegetables, fresh shrimp, great light dressing, no overwhelming garlic), lemongrass chicken (good quality white meat chicken, nice variety of colorful vegetables in various shapes that aren't just boring chunks, and just the right amount of spiciness), and white rice to balance it out. Summary is this was fresh, light, high quality ingredients, friendly service, and a welcome break from the otherwise heavy cuisine common in the city. I will be back!

After some searching, I found this place that seemed promising. I ordered the pho, but it was a major letdown. I didn't have high expectations, but it still managed to disappoint. The veggie portion was minimal, the overall portion was small, and the pho had just a hint of its usual aroma. I've had everything from authentic pho to halfway decent versions, but this was bare-bones pho. On the plus side, they didn't dilute the broth, so it wasn't completely watered down. I'd give it 3 stars, but I won't be coming back.
