The brats were both well cooked (and juicy). They were definitely as different from each other as the menu listed them - both good. Fries were fine, not super special, but hot and fresh. And a large amount. The german potato salad was good. They may or may not make it onsite, but in any case it was a good example of the warm, tangy concoction that it is. The only miss was the brat buns - they seemed a little stale, or perhaps had been kept unwrapped in a warming tray a little long and they had dried out. Definitely a miss. Bier selection is not Essen Haus quantity, but fine. About 8 german biers on tap, and about the same of american beers if you have to have that lite beer (But why?) And the prices were very good, especially considering this post covid inflationary age. Well worth going to again.
