I went to this place to get boba tea. I ordered a lychee slushie and it was good. The staff were friendly and the place had adequate seating. They have a vast menu which included sandwiches and pastries to name a few.

It's been a while since I've been here. I came by after dinner. It is so late in the day, most of the pastries and pies were sold out. She went to the back to get Ernie's Nutella pie. I did not see any dessert that I wanted, so I opted for a mango Green tea w/boba. I will go earlier in the day next time.

Banh mi, Vietnamese ice coffee, and fried spring rolls.

One of the best banh mis I've ever had! I've had a lot of Vietnamese food being from LA and having lived in DC - I would have never guessed that my best banh mi would be in Jacksonville of all places! I almost always get the same thing: the grilled pork banh mi. The pork is sweet and tender. They bake their own bread fresh daily and it is excellent. I've also had their PHO - it's amazing. Lots of great drink options - I really like their lemonade; they also have a great Vietnamese coffee. Friendly service - you order at the counter and they bring it to your seat. They could do a better job cleaning tables but there are so many available that it's fine. A casual restaurant, good with any group size. Can't wait to come back.

The Pho "fixings" were packed in a very organized fashion and the rare beef was in a baggie.

I ordered Pho from here via Uber Eats. I'm a frequent user of Uber Eats and have dealt with various packing methods. Banh Mi's packing was by far one of the best I've experienced. Take out Pho usually has all the "fixings" in a separate box. One item I usually get is the rare steak. They included the rare steak in the box with the other items (as all other places tend to do), but in a baggie! The ingredients were so organized in the box. It sounds silly to say, but I was in awe! lol. The broth was in the typical plastic container. The sauce they included what seemed to be hoisin, roasted garlic, and maybe sriracha. I've never had one with roasted garlic before and it was really good. The Pho overall was amazing! My order arrived early which means the service was efficient and as noted, it was packed with care.

Not very good food at all. The fluffy pancake was not fluffy at all. It was actually very dense. However, the Matcha sauce on it was nice. The croissant bread was very dry and stale. Their spring rolls are not traditional spring rolls at all! There were no shrimp in them. They were just filled with cold cut meats they use in the banh mi sandwiches.

I've come here several times and have always had a good experience. Food was fresh and flavorful. However, tonight I ordered my food over an hour in advance and had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my sandwich and drink to be prepared. And to make matters worse, there were three hairs wrapped up into my sandwich and you can see in the picture how embedded these hairs were. To my horror, as I opened the sandwich for further inspection, I noticed several other black and white hairs wrapped in. There is no way that these were not noticed when preparing. I'd recommend some improvements in quality control. Sadly this experience really grossed me out, I had no dinner and I'm concerned about returning!

Wonderful customer service and convenient. They have a drive through options with friendly staff that is patient and very accommodating. I enjoyed the mango green tea with boba. The grilled pork banh mi was a bit salty but overall tasted great. Great experience and beautiful location.

We took a day trip down to Jacksonville when we paid my sister-in-law and her family a visit in Savannah, GA and we were told this place had really good banh mi. Hubs is a stickler when it comes to these sandwiches but we were excited to try. We did a drive thru order for a 12" special combo and 12" lemongrass beef - we were pretty impressed (and my husband is pretty hard to please sometimes, lol). The woman taking care of us was so kind and we're so big on service. The beef in my sandwich was flavorful, moist and had the perfect meat-to-veggie ratio. Hubs really liked the amount of meat in his and we regret not grabbing one for the road that night when we drove back to Savannah, GA. We don't live too far away, and plan to visit Jacksonville again. We can't wait to stop by and eat in.

The. Best. Banh Mi in alllllll of America! My girls from Cali and NC told me about this place a few years ago. I had it bookmarked ever since. Me my bf and my cuz was driving to Daytona and we finally made it here!!!!! I swear my cuz scarfed his down in like 2 mins! Usually I'm not crazy about Banh Mi's but THIS ONE! Home made butter, patè, chili oil, er'thang! It was PERFECT!! Can't wait to come back here again! Cám Ón

Grilled pork on top and lemongrass beef on bottom.

My friend and I ordered the banh mi sandwiches to-go and deconstructed. They have a special when you buy five, you get one free. We got four lemongrass beef and one grilled pork. They packed the pickled radish, carrots, jalapeño and cilantro in separate bags so the sandwiches don't get soggy. When I got home, I put them together and it was very tasty. Also, they do not skimp on the meat!

Banh mi on a croissant bun

Good casual Vietnamese bakery and cafe. They have a drive thru so you can pick up drinks and pastries to go.. they also have banh mi and pho too! I had to try the pho and while the broth wasnt as rich and beefy as I would like it was good. I also tried the banh mi but on a croissant bun. It was my first time trying it like that and it didn't disappoint. The croissant was soft, flakey, and buttery. Nice inside dining or to go option.

Best banh mi around honestly. The creme brûlée drinks are a must try as well and adding boba is even better.

We had a gang meet up that included Goldie, Jimmy, Lea, Loan and myself. We get together each month to try a new restaurant, and of course, to enjoy each other's company. It's been a while since I had a Vietnamese meal and when I go, I'm always stuck on ordering something of the Vermicelli variety. Yep! That's what I did on this day. First off, I have to say that quality of the fresh veggies - lettuce, carrots, cucumber, etc., along with peanuts, were the best in freshness status I've ever seen in just about any restaurant. Between the appearance and the taste, they stand alone in this category. I wasn't worried about having the rolls with this meal, so I chose the B1a - grilled shrimp and pork. As a full bowl, the appearance and quality of the toppings over the noodles was stellar. The pork was chewy, but not in the range of the impossible to deal with. Just something that people who have difficulty chewing might wish to be aware of. There were three large pieces of shrimp that were tasty but a tad overcooked - not enough in any way to drop my score. With the fish sauce mixed, along with the bowl, it turned out to be a fantastic meal! Loan recommended we visit Q-Cup Boba Tea and it was totally worth visit! I will say that Loan's, Goldie's, jimmy's and Lea's offerings looked pretty amazing as well. The sub sandwich and beef cuts on Jimmy's meal looked superb! May have to try that one someday. I'll let them tell you about their meal in their reviews. This is a fantastic ma and pa shop. It's basic in appearance, not the most highly rated in decor. But I'm sure anyone who visits will be happy when they leave. Our server was great - took awesome care of us. I encourage readers to put this restaurant on their bookmarks list! Recommend: HIGH

Their pho is also delicious. On our last visit, we tried their shaken beef but was a tad disappointed with the lack of flavor, we've had better elsewhere. Amazingly, we did manage to find a table for our group however. The food wasn't quite as good as I remembered this time. In particular, the spaghetti was weak: maybe not enough sauce and hot dogs in it. Perhaps I didn't like the chicken as much either: the crust is really good, but my wife's gravy the other day was a lot better. I did love the biscuit with honey, though we had to request the honey, and they no longer have butter for the biscuits. The peach mango pie was good as usual this time, though it's possible I liked the biscuits and honey even more (though my wife didn't like them like I do). My wife told me to ask for a plate, and I got one, so we learned something useful for the future. They did forget the pie for our order, but gave us one no problem when I went up and asked for it. My wife reports that the ladies' room faucet no longer slashes all over the place. However both bathrooms still serve only one person at a time. Install some stalls! There was a wait for the men's bathroom. I didn't manage to get any loyalty points for this visit: I couldn't find a 23-digit code to enter on the web site. It wasn't on the receipt; I read that it's on a small slip of paper printed after your receipt, but I don't believe we got one. Next time I'll have to order from the web or app, provide my phone number when I order, or scan the QR code in the app at the register to make sure I get points.
