This shortcake seemed like it had more whipped cream than anything and maybe that's how they are supposed to be....but Im not sure. The vanilla bean cheesecake was also very good. The pancakes were flavorful and comforting, and the hash browns were crispy with bold cheddar flavor that made them impossible to stop eating. Another thing we appreciated was learning that Biscottis carries the Slow Food First Coast Snail of Approval, recognizing restaurants that support sustainable agriculture and local food traditions.
