I live 45 minutes away from this restaurant. However, that does not stop me from coming here as much as I have a chance to. First off, the food is very authentic and delicious, much more delicious than you would expect coming from a place in a small town in Ohio. This is coming from someone who have had Thai food in Thailand. The owners were so nice and I always feel welcomed here. Overall, highly recommended!

Excellent. I mean, just excellent. Located in a rundown strip mall, it is tiny, with just three little tables. Clean and comfy enough to eat there, but I'm sure most business is to go. The menu is also small, but absolutely packed with interesting items. I love Thai food, and most of it was familiar, but a few things I'd never seen. I got pad see ew, small portion, with pork. Also a fresh roll, and a steamed bun. And every single thing was outstanding. The bun was doughy, filled with seasoned meat, and just an incredible appetizer. The fresh roll was also great- lettuce, pork (or chicken if you want,) carrots, etc., in a translucent wrap. Served with a great peanut sauce. And the pad see ew, one of my favorite Thai dishes, was perfect: soft wide noodles, tender meat, tasty sauce, a few veggies and bits of egg. I asked for medium since you never know how hot "hot" will be. It had a bit of zip, was very flavorful, but I could have gone hotter. No pop, just water and Thai tea. But man, that tea: cold, sweet, creamy, delicious. No, it's not a fancy place. But the food is the star here. If I had something like this nearby, I'd be in every week, if not more often. Prices were reasonable, service was great, and the food is just stellar.

A little place that serves home cooked Thai food with very substantial portion. Both soup and curry are their "smaller" portion option and they are easily 2-3 times the size I am used to. Good value. The flavor hit the spot, both really good tasting that keeps you wanting to keep eating. However, I suspect they are catering to more North American taste bud, they are a bit heavy handed in their use of sugar... after a bit I do feel a bit overwhelmed by the sweetness. Certainly a location I would take out from again.

This is a new place in town, so I've been told. I was it town for work and was looking for something good to eat. Found this on little place on Yelp. I have an affinity for asian food, so this was right up my alley. I ordered drunken noodles and some sweet bbq pork buns. It was ready pretty quickly and off to my hotel I went. I didn't eat in as I had just driven up from Tennessee and just wanted to chill in my hotel room. Plus, the place is pretty small inside, maybe two or 3 tables, tops. Not much to look at inside really. When I got to my room and settled in, the food was still nice and hot. I asked for a slightly medium heat and phew, it was spicy. Really good though. The sauce was good, and the flavor was intense. The buns were nice and soft and chewy and the bbq pork had a great flavor, not too sweet. I really enjoyed this meal. Everyone in Newark, go try it out.

Pad See-Eww bomb! Best Thai food here!

Best Thai food around here! Mom and pop restaurant! They are the sweetest! The wait might take a little longer but the wait is so worth the food.

Wow! We just had an amazing dinner from Ban Sai. We had masaman curry and pad thai. Best Thai in Licking County! The Thai tea was killer too!! Definitely recommend!

Had the Papaya Salad, Thom Ka soup, and the Green Curry w Tofu. Everything was excellent! Curious to try more noodle dishes that aren't at most Thai places.

Fantastic Thai street food. The curries are delicious. Be sure to try the fresh rolls, too. Wish they had a public bathroom, but they don't.

If you're looking for a spot that consistently hits the mark on both flavor and atmosphere,…read moreElliot's Wood Fired Kitchen & Tap is a must-visit. Whether it's a mid-week dinner or a weekend hangout, they managed to nail the "elevated neighborhood gem" vibe perfectly. The Food The star of the show is undoubtedly the wood-fired pizza. You can taste the authenticity in the crust--perfectly charred with that signature smoky finish you can only get from a real wood oven. The toppings are fresh, and the balance of flavors shows they aren't just making pizza; they're perfecting it. On the lighter (but equally delicious) side, the fish tacos are a standout. It's rare to find a wood-fired joint that treats seafood with this much respect. The fish is always flaky and fresh, complemented by bright, crisp toppings that make for a perfect contrast to the rich, smoky pizzas. The Service What truly sets Elliot's apart, though, is the bar staff. The service here is consistently top-notch. The team is incredibly knowledgeable--whether you're looking for a specific craft beer pairing or a recommendation from their cocktail list, they know the menu inside and out. It's the kind of place where the staff makes you feel like a regular from your very first visit. Final Verdict: Excellent food, a great tap list, and a team that actually knows their stuff. Elliot's is easily a 5-star experience.

The food came out fast, which was great. The pizza was decent, and I ordered the meatball sub, which was good and satisfying. It's a nice spot overall, relaxed and easy for a casual dinner. Nothing stood out as a major downside on this visit--just a straightforward, pleasant meal with quick service and solid food.

I was looking forward to trying a couple beers listed on the website, but they were not there. My BLT was delicious, but the "avocado" upcharge was really just an avocado sauce, not real avocado. Most irritating though, the waitress brought us our check while I was only halfway done with my meal - I didn't ask for it and was clearly not ready. My friend commented to her that I still was thinking of getting a boozy milkshake. She didn't get the hint that maybe we weren't ready for the check, and just asks me which one I want. I was planning that as a dessert, so I stared at my half-eaten meal and told her that I'd like to finish my meal first before thinking about that. I haven't felt so rushed in a restaurant a long time. My friend told me that he goes often and had never had that experience before, so we'll try it again - and get a real burger.

One of the employees was able to get the Georgia game on and I was happy as a clam watching football and drinking beer. They even had a THC friendly lemonade that was delicious! If I'm ever in this area, I'll be stopping by just to have another pour of that! The food was excellent. I would compare it to an upscale bar food. My wife and I got the pretzel which was very good paired with one of the lagers. They even brought out extra cheese which was very kind. The wings were excellent too. I would absolutely recommend them if you're a wing connoisseur.
