Above average for strip mall Americanized Chinese. I see it gets some mixed reviews. I had an excellent experience. Service was good, and the place was getting steady carry out business. I dined in. It's bigger than it looks, with comfy booths. I got bourbon chicken because it was a special. Tender chunks of chicken in a savory sweet sauce. Lots of fresh veggies. I also got crab Rangoon, which came out far too quickly, so were probably frozen and quickly cooked. They were OK. But the entrée was big, and nicely plated, and very tasty. Solid American-style Chinese eatery. The inside and outside of this place are unassuming and no frills. But the service is nice and quick. My food was nothing out of this world, but I was really in the mood for mei fun, they had it, and it hit the spot. The flavor was light, savory, and not too oily. My order of steamed dumplings were pretty average, similar to the frozen kind you can get at a grocer. The pork egg roll had tasty filling, but the wrapper was quite thick and gummy at a few places. The prices were very reasonable too--the mei fun (with a packed container), the half-dozen dumplings, and egg roll came in under $20. Yummy Yummy is the best. If you're near Buckeye Lake, go to it. The restaurant is much better than other nearby Chinese. It's prices are alright. It has several vegetarian options. I had the homestyle bean curd. It's about $7 for the lunch portion. This can satisfy me for awhile. It's not always fast service, but the food is always great. The menu has many items from Chinese and Japanese. It used to have sushi that was really good. The restaurant is located close to Hebron, which is just north of the lake. It's in the shopping center. This is a little ways away from the lake but it's not too far. I could go to Yummy Yummy again. It's close to Buckeye Lake, so it's good for tourists. When there aren't that many good dining options, you can go further out and give this a try. read more

When we went initially, we pulled up and they had a sign on the door stating "dine in from 10:30a-3:00p" and we were well past that time and didn't want to do carry out. I guess its due to the short-staffing most places are experiencing nowadays. So, we went back during those times to try it. Overall, I would say its average. Its not the best, not the worst. This little spot is a hidden gem located at the end of a small strip mall in Hebron, OH. I guess it has been there for 10 years, I live 15 mins. away & had no idea. Our local newspaper did an article recently so I thought I would try it out. I absolutely loved the place. We got sushi, spring rolls, curry chicken, coconut shrimp & fried rice. I'm gonna give these guys some love, because they've earned it. I probably eat here once a week and for good reason....the food is good and it's at great prices. I've been working my way through the menu. The sushi...top notch all the way. I've had several of the sushi/sashimi lunch combos/bento boxes. Never disappointed. Along with the sushi their crab rangoon is unbelievably good, some of the best I've had anywhere, real crab too I presume. The General Tso's is solid, I get it a lot. The pepper steak is okay and the mongolian beef isn't on the lunch menu. This place is very clean and neat, unlike Bangkok City where you think you might get mugged. They also take credit cards with a $4 minimum purchase. If you dine in, they get you your food fast and with great service. Most of the lunch combos include a soup or eggroll, I highly recommend the Hot and Sour. If you're trying to get in and out fast for a quick lunch this place can get the job done without cutting any corners with your food. I will continue eating here so long as I'm working in the Newark area. I suggest you give it a try too if you like sushi or chinese food. read more

It would have tasted better steaming hot. Seemed possible it was pre-cooked, hence not being hot as it would have overcooked the broccoli. I was wrong, this is the best Chinese food I have had since moving to Ohio 5 years ago and it is close to our new house. It's so weird to find a restaurant serving this caliber of food in the small town of Hebron but it works! They have THE BEST CHINESE and JAPANESE FOOD ANYWHERE! It's a small restaurant but the employees are very nice. The menu is huge with a lot of different options for everybody. I try a new dish every time I go in and it seems each one only gets better than the one before. Tonight I had Kung Pao Shrimp, Vegetarian Egg rolls and Shrimp toast. It was all fantastic. Some of the best food I've ever had. We've eaten there 5 times now, and I swear each time is better than the last. The staff is wonderful as well - very attentive to your needs and quick with a refill when needed. I'm a sushi fan, and the Yummy Yummy Roll is INCREDIBLE! Salmon, shrimp, avocado and a special sauce... amazing! My wife adores the coconut shrimp. We've never ordered anything that hasn't been top notch and delicious, and I can't say that about many other restaurants I've been to. LOVE LOVE LOVE Yummy's! I usually get sesame chicken, egg rolls, egg drop soup and crab rangoon. The food is always amazing! Every time I go, it's for take out and they always have it ready in 10-15 minutes from the moment of your phone call, so call ahead and walk in and grab it. Every time I go, there are 4-10 people inside picking up their take out. This place is a restaurant and has a very nice restaurant setting but I (along with many others) love to go and take food home but if you want a nice sit down, it has that as well. The ONLY critique I have is that the "crunchy noodles" that go into the soup are different then the normal fried noodles that other Chinese places have. I wish they used the regular crunchy noodles.
