This Restaurant, my fiancé & I discovered and we haven't stopped going to this place when we want something filling yet taste good! We Love this restaurant! They have a nice menu and their food is so good! You can't go to wrong getting food like "Half Duck, Tamago Roll, Miso Soup, Spicy California Roll, their Broccoli & Beef & Red Dragon Roll which is very tasty & well prepared! The staff is helpful & very friendly as well. There prices are fair and the wait time is not too bad either! (Depending sometimes if their extremely busy and how much you order too! My advice, if it's a Fri-Sat. Is to call in advance and place your order & if it's a specific time order too, if you wish to do Carry Out instead!) Definitely check out this place!

This is $40 worth of food. And it was not good food.
    Mark J.

Edible, but not worth the $$. Could have fed at least two people at a normal sushi place for what I paid here and the sushi was not good.

Bambu knocked me off my feet with its mouthwatering pad thai goodness. As quiet as it's kept, this local gem seriously got me hooked. If you love shrimp pad thai the way I love shrimp pad thai and haven't tried Bambu... Add this spot to your summer bucket list, pronto! I feel honored to have stumbled upon such greatness and Bambu has yet to disappoint me. This is by far the best shrimp pad thai I've tasted in the region. The lump crab shoots are worth writing home about too. Bambu does it right, no cut corners and no wimpy shrimp. After years of subpar PT from other popular spots, my expectations have lowered dramatically. After Bambu spoiled me time and again with its generous portions bursting with mind boggling flavor... I felt compelled to Yelp it out. Xoxo

    Inedible Kung pao tofu.
    Soul S.

The King pao tofu is terrible. There is absolutely no sauce and it's very dry. I'm throwing it in the trash. It deserves no stars. Bambu you can do better. What did you do when the chef made my order, throw away the recipe book? It's extremely dissatisfying and distressing to order a simple standard dish and be served a plate of dry overcooked tofuwith no sauce.

Literally found a bug in my food. Do not come here.
    Gregory V.

The food seems great at a decent price however I literally had a large BUG IN MY FOOD. This place is unsanitary stay away.

I wasn't too hungry when coming in for a late lunch so I didn't get big plates. But I can 100% vouch for everything I ate. The Tom Kha was some of the best I have ever had! A slightly mild soup with chicken and coconut flavors (yummmm). I also ordered the mussels (I did not expect them to come in a broth since the menu says they are steamed) but they were surprisingly spicy and delicious. It came with some housemade chili sauce that was even spicier! There were like 7 mussels. Even though it was so spicy, the flavors were delicious so I bared through the spicy sauce. I ordered jasmine tea and it came as a packet of the jasmine tea with hot water. I would've loved it to be brewed loose leaf but that's ok. Overall, this place was delicious, and it was so cute! The decor inside doesn't give "Thai" but it's absolutely gorgeous and relaxing. There is a lot of seating as well and a whole parking lot.

My favorites so far are the Grilled Squid, Drunken Noodles, Panang Curry, and Pad See Ew noodle dishes. They even have enticing Thai desserts like Mango with Pandan sticky rice and Coconut Custard with sweet sticky rice which I haven't tried but it next on my list to partake and try. In all, you can't go wrong with this place! The customer service is great, the vibe is chill, relaxing, and most of all the food is delicious!! I highly recommend.

The quality of the fish is evident in every bite--incredibly fresh and expertly prepared. Thai Basil Fried Rice: This is a mandatory order. Unlike many versions, it isn't oily at all. Instead, it's light, super flavorful, and tastes remarkably fresh. Egg Rolls: Perfectly executed. They are light and flaky without a hint of greasiness. So when a new contender like Siam Miyaki opens its doors, I can't help but wonder: does it have the chops to earn a spot on my personal stir‑fried short list? The location is dangerously convenient--close enough to solve those hunger pangs and decision paralysis moments. The storefront itself is compact but spotless, with a few tables if you're in the mood to dine in. I went the take‑out route, and the process was painless: quick order, quick pickup, no fuss. My Pad Thai Chicken (medium heat) arrived in a portion size that could double as a week's worth of leftovers. The spice level didn't play; it came in hot, balanced by a subtle sweetness. A splash of soy sauce added the missing umami kick, turning "pretty good" into "worth remembering." If I'm being precise, this is a 3.5‑star experience. But in an economy where value is king, Siam Miyaki earns the bump to 4 stars. Large portions, fair price, and a new player worth keeping an eye on.

As the description of their resto suggests, they seem to be more catered to takeout and pickup of food, hence the "express" - though they do have seating area , as well as paper plates and plastic utensils for folks dining in. Tom Yum Soup - It certainly was Yum-my with that classic sour taste. It was a bit onion heavy though. Beef Fried Rice - Delish! There was a sweetness coming through that seems to be a trait of some Thai dishes. Pad Thai - was a little dry and maybe lacking a bit in flavor...could be because we got there an hour before closing...but that shouldn't be an excuse. Initially we ordered the one with the large chicken cutlet, but they were out. Instead, we agreed to the other version with the thinly sliced chicken that was supposed to be crunchy. They looked crunchy, but were mostly chewy. If I order this version next time, I'd probably ask those thin pieces to be extra well done so they're crunchier. Egg Rolls - standard vegetable...1 order is 3 pieces. Ours looked like they might've been in the deep frier a little bit too long - not quite burnt, but dark brown. Fortunately, there was no bitter burnt taste to it and we still enjoyed. Coconut Ube Dessert - forgot the actual name, but it was ube mochi pieces in a coconut sauce. Simple and sweet. I'll probably try another dessert next time. Overall, the "express" part will certainly satisfy that Thai food craving, but don't expect an extensive menu. You won't find Thai BBQ chicken here, or sate, or other items usually found in a proper sit down.

You can't avoid them breaking but there was hardly any meat, was lukewarm, and mostly fat. The Tiger Signature and Pork Chive dumplings were better, but not too much flavor. The amount of filling in there were ok. The Shu Mai and the Crystal Shrimp Dumplings were solid, not too bad at all. The Cucumber were refreshing and also a little spicy. I wasn't happy when the hostess tried that stupid restaurant trick where they try to seat you at the worst and smallest table (which did not have an umbrella) when most of the other tables are available. But I insisted on, and received, a better table. For a starter we ordered the Pok Pok wings, hoping that they were like the amazing and wonderful Pok Pok wings that were at the now long-gone Andy Ricker Pok Pok restaurants in Portland, OR. Hawker's Pok Pok chicken wings were not like the Portland Pok Pok wings but nonetheless, Hawker's Pok Pok (party) wings were excellent. We loved the flavors and the crispy battered texture. We also ordered the Crispy Wontons. These gingery babies were pleasantly plump. For an entrée, JP ordered the lamb udon and thought it was delicious. I ordered the chicken and shrimp Phad Thai. It also was tasty, perhaps a little on the spicy hot side. Lastly, I ordered a pork belly bun (the order comes with two steamed buns). These came with mustard greens. I thought the buns were just okay. The steamed buns should've been more fluffy and the five spice seasoning on the pork was pretty overwhelming. But yet, considering that service was decent and there's enough good stuff on the menu, we will be back.

The staff were attentive throughout the meal, and the presentation of each dish was thoughtful and appealing. They also offer a nice selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. After 8 minutes, our food came out hot in large flat bottomed bowls. The portions seemed reasonable. The chicken fried rice had several pieces of white meat chicken, scrambled eggs & nice assortment of veggies. The smell & taste test passed with good amount of wok hei in every bite. My son finished 99% of it. He gave it a 10! My medium spicy chicken drunken noodles had a good amount of heat and very good portion. The Thai flavors of hot, sweet & salty were all there.
