Stopped in to grab a a couple drinks on a Thursday afternoon since I had lunch in the area. It wasn't too busy. Staff were ok. I ordered a strawberry smoothie & #2 the BAMBU COMBO Chè Thập Cẩm V which is Red & white beans, mung beans, taro, boba, pandan jelly, rainbow jellies, coconut milk. This is seriously like a meal in a drink. It's so filling. Love the pandan jelly! There's a few tables you can sit to enjoy your drinks.

I've been a fan of Bambu from my time in SoCal, so I was thrilled to see they opened a location here in Sacramento! If you've never had Vietnamese dessert before, this is a great place to start. I ordered my go to, the #10 Bambu Favorite. It's a mix of coconut milk, pandan jelly, and grass jelly, but the star for me is the red tapioca (Chè Thái). If you haven't tried it, they are these delightful little gems made of water chestnut chewy on the outside with a light, satisfying crunch in the middle. They're actually made to look like pomegranate seeds. The only minor downside was the consistency of the coconut milk. It felt a bit thin/watered down, even though there wasn't too much ice. I personally would have preferred a richer, thicker coconut base. However, it still totally satisfied my dessert craving! Definitely give them a try if you want to experience authentic Vietnamese sweets. Service was quick and friendly.

The chè drinks are absolutely incredible -- layered, creamy, and packed with texture. From coconut milk to pandan, jellies, beans, and fresh fruit, every sip feels thoughtfully balanced and not overly sweet. The Vietnamese smoothies are rich, refreshing, and made with real ingredients you can actually taste. Everything feels fresh, light, and satisfying without being heavy. What really stands out is the consistency and care. Drinks are beautifully presented, portions are generous, and the staff is always friendly, patient, and happy to explain the menu if it's your first visit. It's the kind of place you keep coming back to because it never disappoints.

This is a good place to get some Che with lots of menu options. I just wish their hours were better. I feel like they are always closed when I try to go! There is a small amount of indoor seating available. It can get busy at times and while there is a parking lot, finding parking can be tough here.

Bambu is known for their chè. I've been here multiple times in the past and they never disappoint. Their desserts are very affordable and good. My favorites are #10 (Bambi favorite) and #15 (Avacado desserts). I also like their yogurt drinks. Service is always super quick and friendly, it's never a long wait even though they get busy.

Love Bambu! Lots of popular Vietnamese desserts and drinks. I come here for their Vietnamese coffee but also recommend the Avocado coffee smoothie as well! Parking can be a limited but there's usually parking somewhere. Just be careful where you park and keep an eye on your surroundings. A few tables inside and sometimes outside. Please note they do close early like at 4pm, so good early in the day for your caffeine or in the afternoon for your dessert!

I love all the dessert drinks here. They have expanded their menu since it opened awhile ago. They have fruit smoothies as well as coffee and boba. Their service is usually pretty quick, but there was one day that I went and waited 10minutes too long. The person that took my order actually forgot to make my drink and I didn't realize it until I saw 4-5 people after me getting their orders. She apologized and although I was a little annoyed, I realized that it could have happened to anyone when restaurants get busy. It's always busy when I'm here but it's a good sign when I hear a lot of vietnamese in the background. I wish I lived closer, I'd be here everyday.

Quick stop to grab smoothies, Vietnamese desserts, coffee, etc. favs #10 Bambu fav & large hazelnut coffee blended w/boba. They used to have large Che but not anymore so sometimes I'd order two #10! Gotta make sure you get there before 4pm!

Super fast service, in and out. It was busy and drinks still came out quick. I need 85 characters and I'm out of things to say. lol

The service here is pretty fast even though it can get packed on weekends. Parking is fine during the weekdays but be prepared to circle around on weekends. I come here mainly for chè but the kids also like their smoothies.

The older guy at the register is so nice! He was really patient and helpful with recommendations. We loved everything! I love coming here and have been stopping by whenever I am close by. Will be a forever customer! Love the drinks and hospitality!

Was so happy to learn that there was a Bambu in Sacramento. Really love their different types of che and this location was busy but service was quick and it didn't take too long for them to make my order. I got the summer delight and it was delicious!

This rating is solely for the durian shake. 0 stars. Very very light durian flavor. Well blended but almost tasteless. Service was good hence the 2 stars. Place was busy though. They have seats so you to sit and eat or drink. I guess I should have gotten something else.

I've attempted to come here several times, but the timing just hasn't been on my side. A few weeks ago, we stopped by only to find them closed, with no updated business hours posted. Last week, I came across a recent Yelp review mentioning a lunch menu, and the owner had even responded to that review! So naturally, I assumed they were open earlier in the day. A few days ago, my boyfriend finally got tired of hearing me talk about how badly I was craving THEIR pho and ONLY their pho! No substitutions, no negotiations! So we decided to give it another try. We arrived around 4:30 PM, only to discover their hours had changed to 5:30 PM-12 AM. (The sign in my photo actually says 5:30 PM-12 PM, but I'm assuming they meant 12 AM.) An entire hour too early! I was SO bummed! Since we were already hungry, we ended up going next door for Mongolian BBQ. Mind you, I'm not even a big fan, but hunger won that battle. The entire time, I felt like I was CHEATING on my favorite pho spot! And to make matters worse, as we were leaving around 5:15 PM, we actually walked right past the owners with their dogs! OMG, talk about feeling guilty and almost ashamed! Like I had just been caught cheating! I've since noticed that they've recently updated their business hours on Yelp, which is definitely helpful! Hopefully, this will save me from another unsuccessful pho mission. I'm determined to get my pho fix soon! Weekends might be my best bet since their later opening hours make it a little challenging for us to visit during the week. Until then, the craving continues! And trust me, NO other pho will do!
