My go-to is the eggplant parm bowl, and I love how accommodating they are with requests. The last time I ordered, I added a note asking to swap one grain for another and to include some extra hot sauce. A few minutes later, I actually got a call from an employee (I believe his name was Matt) just to confirm what I wrote. The fact that they called to check to make sure everything was to my liking was so incredibly kind. He was upbeat and friendly and made sure everything came out perfect. The service here is always VERY VERY FAST , the staff is great, and the food never disappoints. Definitely one of the best spots in Chelmsford.
