Their shaved snow is quite authentic Korean style shaved snow that I've had many times in NYC and the prices are decent too. It can get quite busy actually but the wait is typically worth it. I usually end up not adding any additional toppings as it's sweet enough already so just to show you they're not skimping on the shaved snow by watering it down. Really hope they eventually venture out to Boston area but for now will have to settle the occasional 40 min drive out here for some delicious shaved snow :)

We walked into a cozy space with seating by the windows, a clean interior, and music playing in the background, with a few small touches that made it feel more like a place to hang out rather than just a quick drink stop. The café has a comfortable, unpretentious energy that fits the neighborhood well, and the layout makes it easy to settle in for a bit. The main draw is the drink menu, with a variety of milk teas, fruit teas, smoothies, and slush-style drinks. We found the drinks solid for satisfying a bubble tea craving, but they leaned more on the sweeter side and did not stand out as much compared to some of the stronger boba spots nearby. The flavors were enjoyable, but the drinks felt a little lighter and less rich than expected, with the tea notes not coming through as strongly as we would have liked. That said, the customization options for sweetness and toppings helped tailor the drinks to our preferences. Beyond drinks, Tea-Do also offers a selection of snacks and small meals. Items like the onigiri and takoyaki added more variety than a typical bubble tea shop, making it a better option if you want something to eat with your drink. The shrimp tempura onigiri was a nice choice for a quick bite, with the rice holding together well and the filling adding a good contrast of texture and flavor. The food menu helps give the café more personality and makes it feel like a more complete stop rather than just a place to grab a drink. Service was friendly, and the atmosphere made it a comfortable place to stop by, especially when we wanted somewhere casual to relax for a bit. The staff were welcoming and handled the flow of orders without delays. The space is not designed for large groups, but it works well for studying, catching up, or taking a break while exploring Lowell. The seating area stays comfortable even when the café is busy, and the energy remains low-key throughout the visit. Tea-Do is a decent neighborhood boba spot that does the basics well. The drinks can satisfy a bubble tea craving, but there are other places with stronger flavors and more memorable drinks. The café atmosphere and food options are what make it worth checking out, offering a casual, comfortable stop that feels more like a local hangout than a dedicated bubble tea destination.

I've been here a couple of times now, and I really like the atmosphere. It's modern, and the music choices were great. They played a mix of American cover songs and Vietnamese music that felt cozy and timeless, which made the place feel welcoming. They also have plenty of tables, whether you're coming with a big party or dining solo. You can sit down for a full meal, stop in for a quick bite, or grab something to go. There's a private parking lot to the right of the restaurant, and both times I've been here, there was plenty of space. The menu has a nice mix of Vietnamese dishes, from pho and rice plates to banh mi if you're looking for something quick or want takeout. I also like that you can come here just to enjoy a drink, whether that's one of their teas or a smoothie. I've tried the kumquat iced tea and the matcha latte with egg foam. Both were nice options to try, especially if you're in the mood for something other than a regular coffee. I also had the bun rieu, and this was probably the most personal part of my visit. It really reminded me of my family's home cooking, which made it feel comforting and familiar. It's always nice when a dish brings back that feeling. They serve alcohol, too, and I was excited to spot Japanese whisky on the back wall. That's definitely something I want to come back for! Overall Service: Truong, the chef and a proud owner of the restaurant, was super friendly. I loved hearing her talk about her work and how much she enjoys what she does. I've also met another server here on both of my visits, and she's been really sweet each time. Large bowl for $19, this massive bowl is worth every single penny. The portion was huge, but it's the quality that truly seals the deal. The broth is liquid gold. It hit that flawless balance with just a very slight hint of sweetness underlying the deeply savory, long-simmered beef base. It was clean and complex; the sip of this broth takes you to heaven. The meat, meatballs, tripe, and tendon were tender and added that authentic bite. The fresh spring rolls were just as good, although it kinda made me half full prior to the bowl; I still managed to eat 75% of the bowl. Yeah, it was that good! Service was friendly, the restaurant was comfy and clean, and the AC was wonderful. So, even if it's 90 degrees Fahrenheit outside, you can still enjoy a bowl of pho.
