My drink was tequila and vodka based with white tea shrub, lychee, soda, and lychee pâte de fruit, which is a traditional French jelly candy. Among all the drinks I tried, mine was the favorite of the night. The lychee really shined through, the soda was refreshing, and the pâte de fruit was the best surprise - chewy, sweet, and bursting with lychee flavor.
