It goes to show that the groomers really do take good care of her. They've literally been part of her life (at least for her grooming experience). She always get the full service groom, which includes haircut, bath, nail trim, paw trim, ear cleaning, and anal gland expression. Usually it takes about 1.5-2 hours depending on how busy they are. Once she's all nice and clean, the groomers always call or text me saying she's ready. Sometimes they even dress her up with a cute little bow~ There was a time while they were grooming her, they found a small scab on her body and immediately messaged me about it. It wasn't their fault actually, but it was because my dog was playing too rough with the two dogs we had at home. I do super appreciate that they reached out on this. It goes to show that they do care about animal welfare and immediately bring anything that could be worrisome to my attention asap. Definitely love their service and friendliness! I even got my cousin to bring her dog here! :)

After reaching out to several grooming places for quotes, one place stood out--they called me back promptly after I expressed my interest, and they offered a fantastic first-time customer discount, which I thought was a wonderful touch. I took my dog there, unsure of what to expect but hopeful. To my surprise, she seemed incredibly comfortable with the groomer right away, which is unusual because she's typically a bit skittish around new people. I was amazed when she walked over to the scale on command and actually sat down--a feat she rarely accomplishes with anyone other than me! I explained exactly what I wanted, dropped her off, and to my delight, I received a call much sooner than expected saying she was ready. When I picked her up, she looked absolutely fabulous! I did ask for a little touch-up in one area--a tidy-up for her bottom--and the groomer took care of it without any fuss. The best part? My dog was so calm and relaxed with the groomer. Given some past horror stories with other groomers, I couldn't believe how smoothly everything went this time. It was pure joy to see her happy and stress-free when I brought her home. While the prices felt a bit steep, I realized that having my dog groomed without the anxiety for her is totally worth it. I can't wait to bring her back for another pampering session!

I will say the guy who handles the front desk is kinda difficult to communicate with and i had a lot of struggles booking over the phone. My only thing is that I am not sure if they were understaffed or overbooked but the bath for her took almost 2 hours so I was waiting in the area for a pretty long time. We brought him in at 13 weeks to the EveryPup Program, where he is in a clean and disinfected facility with other safe and healthy pups and he gets training every day by Dave. Almost from day 1 we started noticing huge changes, and he matured so rapidly it's like we have a different dog! He is very calm, polite and attentive, and has been able to self-regulate so well. Dave is always available for our questions and follow ups, and he sends over progress notes and photos every day from training sessions. We also would ask him about problem behavior such as counter surfing or jumping up on people to greet, and Dave would target those specific behaviors as well. We also appreciated how fast and quickly they acted on our puppy swallowing something he shouldn't have, and immediately gave him some hydrogen peroxide to get him to throw it up, which saved us from extremely expensive and likely traumatic vet visits and possible surgery. Very grateful! Every day we pick up our puppy he is so happy from a day of playing and getting love from all the staff, and is tired and ready for some cuddles and naps when he gets home. The staff here are so caring and really love each dog, I trust them to take care of our puppy. Highly recommend!

It was our first time in, and they were friendly on the phone and friendly when we came in. The environment was welcoming and felt like a grooming party in there with all the pups! Drea (coincidentally also my name--meant to be!) bathed Maui, and by the end, they were pals. Maui was following her around until we came to pick him up, which made me feel great about dropping him off for the first time. Maui was happy, clean, and very floofy! Her approach is completely client-centered and incredibly thoughtful. She truly prioritize my dog's comfort and well-being. On top of the wonderful care, the grooming itself is always excellent. She always double checked how short I wanted his hair and always references the notes the staff takes on his last trimming. The haircut is absolutely perfect, the nail trimming is expertly done, and my dog comes home looking clean and beautiful. The entire operation is super professional, organized, and always timely. Most of the time, our dog's cut is incredibly cute though once in a while there is a slight miss. They will usually try to get you the look you want and make adjustments as requested. The only note is that pricing jumped near 10% at least two years in a row. With tip, it can cost nearly $150 or more for a small dog cut, which does seem pricier. Would love to see price increases calm down so we don't get priced out of affording their services. With that said, we still keep going because it's hard to find the level of service and good to great grooming technique used by the Spaw. We have not used other services here so will not comment on that. Plenty of parking and decent availability, but I would call at least a couple of weeks in advance for scheduling.
