Char was awesome! She did a great job on my dog Mabel. Super quick and communicative. Will definitely book again!

All my pups and grand pups absolutely adore Char, and she adores them in return! Her grooming skills are amazing. Her energy is bright. She's always on time and her communication is top notch. I used to think that I didn't need a groomer...until I met Char! She can fully groom 4 dogs in the time it takes me to do one. Time is valuable and she is worth every penny! Thanks Char! So happy we met you. read more

Char does such a great job with our big Standard Poodle. He is not an easy dog to work with. He is terrified of being groomed and he barks when he sees her van, but Char works well with him! read more

Our high-maintenance and high-anxiety labradoodle LOVES Char! He does not like people and he does not like grooming, but he makes exceptions on both here. He is happy after his sessions, unlike when we previously took him into a brick and mortar groomer. Thank you, Char, for taking great care of our handsome boy. read more

Thank you so much Charspets Mobile Grooming! Charlene (spelling right?) was very kind, professional, treated Hogi with care and gave him an awesome fur-cut. This handsome man is going to receive lots of attention for our family Thanksgiving dinner. The rate was very fair compared to the other competitors. We appreciate your help, the convenience of a mobile service and we look forward to seeing you again. Best wishes! read more

Charlene was fantastic, and once again, other Yelpers were spot on in recommending her. I have a three month-old Maltipoo mix in dire need of his first haircut/grooming and I had no clue where to start. After connecting with Charlene, the whole process was seamless. She accommodated us last minute, walked me through her van (wasn't sure what to expect as a first time mobile grooming client) and made sure we had a full understanding of what to expect. Our dog had some matted hair and she was super clear in her approach so as to not harm him. She was early, communicative, transparent with pricing and process, friendly, and treated our fur baby with care. We'll def be using her again! read more

In 2022, when my local Petco suddenly decided that my little Chinese Crested Dog was too old to continue as their grooming client, I looked up groomers and discovered Char's Pets Mobile Grooming. She made my little old dog look like a superstar, all clean and smelling great! Yesterday I contacted Char because my dog was starting to get mats in his fur. She responded within an hour, and had an opening for him that same afternoon! She listened to my concerns, and made sure to leave his topknot and fringed tail long and cute. His nails are perfectly buffed, and Char finish the job in less than the estimated 45-minute timeframe. Thanks, Char! read more

Charlene was amazing. Probably the nicest groomer that I have met. I have no doubt in my mind that I will be asking her to groom my dog for now on. I wish I could give more than a 5/5. read more

I've used Char's grooming services for about 5 years. She groomed my Toy Poodle. Several days ago, I received a text from Char, telling me that because Trump won, my grooming will increase from $80. to $120. She said that tariffs will heavily affect her business and personal life. I advised her I would find someone else. I would guess that only conservative clients are going to be charged an astronomical fee. Clearly, the intent was for me to cancel her services. Well, it worked. Probably best to avoid her drama and simply find services elsewhere. read more

This is my first time having my pet with a mobile service. I have to thank Char for being so kind and taking the time for my dog to adapt at her presence. Ozzie is a very protective pet and it takes time for him to relax. He has long hair and I wanted to give him bath, cut, take care of it's nails, anal service. He is very sensitive with his legs and she took care of it very well. read more

Charlene has been grooming my dogs for years. She has been very reasonable in price after all of the cost of living increases and inflation she just went up after 3 years. She is wonderful with my dogs and I appreciate her professionalism, timely manner in responding and honesty. Most of all the established relationship between my dogs, myself, and Charlene. 10/10 stars read more

Been getting cuts at the local big box pet store but our groomer quit. Started looking for a mobile groomer, so we don't have to go out and make a whole day of her getting a trim. We tried calling another one but they would text us back 4 days later and then never texted us again. Found Charspets on Yelp and was not disappointed. We contacted her and she immediately responded. We scheduled an appointment. She showed up early. Played with mochi to get her to know her. Asked us our opinion and how we would like her cut. Super friendly and fast was washed, cut and smelling great after 20-30 mins. Payed through PayPal. Would highly recommend! Thanks Char! read more

After being turned away by 3 other groomers due to my dog being very difficult, Char told me she was "up for the challenge". I just needed a nail trim - it had been well over 5 months since her last pedicure and she definitely needed one. Char was friendly upon arrival and kept calm while she tried different approaches with my dog. After just a few minutes, she was able to handle my dog and successfully trim all her nails. Her love for animals is evident in the way she speaks to them and treats them. I will definitely be calling Char again for our next bath and nail trim! read more

Charlene is absolutely wonderful. She does a great job with all types of dogs and we know because we have four.

Charspets did an amazing job with our larger dog who was "skunked." Her response time was amazing, she was reasonably priced, and did a great job of working the skunk smell off of our dog. Super impressed with her and will be contacting her again in the future should the need arise. Thank you, Charspets! read more

I found Char during Covid when my Bichon-poo had torn a nail. Her veterinarian was closed for the day and I was unable to get her in anywhere. We weren't even an established client and Char took the time to come to my home after she had finished for the day to help me. I was so impressed with her professionalism and kindness and asked if she had room in her schedule to take Mitzi on full time. Thank goodness I asked! She now grooms my malti-poo and always does an amazing job. Lulu absolutely loves Char... runs to her, every time, tail wagging! Knowing how much Lulu loves Char itself is worth 1000 stars! She cuddles her and talks to her. Char treats Lulu like the well-loved, cherished family member she is to me. Char is very knowledgable and lets me know if she ever sees any health issues, etc. I recommend her to everyone. In fact, she grooms my nephews pup as well. I am so grateful to have found Char and appreciate her so much! read more

I used to go to a pet store for grooming, but was disappointed with the lack of attention and caring. I searched for a mobile groomer, since I have a skittish rescue that needs more TLC. I found Charspets on line and could not be any happier! Char arrived early to the appt to make sure to meet my 2 fur girls and make sure they were comfortable with her. She took care of my skittish girl first, and was able to handle her well, and made her feel safe and comfortable. My other dog has a good temperament, so it went smoothly, and both looked and smelled amazing! I would highly recommend Charspets and will definitely not go back to a pet store groomer again! read more

Char is the best! I found Char on Yelp. I needed a mobile groomer for my dad's dog, Bonnie. He is in an assisted living facility in Orange. She is so sweet with my dad and goes in and to get Bonnie and takes her back after she's groomed. Her grooming skills are great; Bonnie always looks super cute. Bonnie loves Char and I know she's getting treated with kindness and care. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Char to anyone needing a groomer. Her prices are fair and her service is convenient. She's getting busy because she is so good, so you might have to book ahead. Although, she always did her best to fit me in. The best bet is to have a standing appointment. Char is always punctual and easy to reach by text. Thanks Char for taking such good care of Bonnie! read more

If you want someone that knows what they are doing, cares about your pet, AND is super reasonable- look no further. I love that I didn't have to take my puppy into a shop with lots of other dogs, she would've been so stressed out! With char she got personal, private attention. I had never had to have a dog groomed before. Now that I own a mini goldendoodle puppy I needed to find someone. I'm someone that researches, so after calling around doing my due diligence (and hearing nightmare stories of dogs being hurt and even killed at the groomers) I found a recommendation for Char from my neighborhood. Char is the owner as well as the groomer herself, you don't deal with someone on the phone and have someone else show up at your door. I'm so happy I went with her! Very great first experience for both me and my puppy. Thumbs way up! read more
