Ok, so I waited. I arrived at four and that's when he starts working on the scooter. He immediately fucked up the rims so much that I can't use them anymore and then said he wasn't able to change out the tire. It was just a simple tire replacement. I brought the new tire. I get home to discover that he SWAPPED my UPGRADED 52V battery for a shitty rental scooter battery. I texted asking for a partial refund and he responded with expletives and rude insults about me being LGBTQ. Class act. That'll do it.

Know after locating him he is telling me that it's nothing he is going too do anything to refund my money and restitution for losing my vehicle. Because he no longer owns exclusive vehicle solutions. Be careful with this person.

I am writing an updated review for a review I left this week. The manager after seeing my review…read morehas communicated very well with me to address my issues with items I purchased. Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders. Since I couldn't remove the rating from before , I wanted to give credit to the staff who graciously helped resolve the issues with our order.
