What a hidden gem! I've never seen this doughnut shop until I drove by it earlier today. I decided to give it a try and it did not disappoint. The chocolate covered strawberry doughnut had a very nice, and potent strawberry taste. The blueberry pancake doughnut was also a hit. The blueberry taste was more subtle but the doughnut was very enjoyable. The doughnuts are served warm and made to order which was a perk. I would definitely recommend Baloo's for a sweet treat. These donuts are served fresh and hot which is so unique! They're made to order so you can customize the flavors or choose from their combos. The service was fairly quick and the ambiance is really nice! It's a very cute little area with some outdoor seating, but we took ours to go since it was a rainy day. The donuts are very crispy and have a unique texture. They are a bit greasy, so I got a stomach ache after eating two but I think one for breakfast would be the perfect amount! You guys RUN to get these donuts. Seriously they are that good. They are made TO ORDER so they were still warm when I had my first bite it was heavenly!!! None of that sitting on the shelf stuff, so real for that. Also they have a spring flavor set (left side of the box), the lavender honey is SO GOOD. I also ordered a Cuban latte and it did not disappoint. The shop is so cute, I love their deck and lighting and the service was great. Well let me be the first to tell you, the level of care and detail put into the items on the menu will shock and impress you. On their grand opening I (along with anyone else following their social media) was gifted a free donut. I chose my favorite, maple bacon. The donut was hot and fresh and the maple glaze, you could tell, was made from scratch (not some store bought junk). The bacon was crisp and the donut was superior to most attempts at them. In keeping with the hand made theme, when I ordered the Cuban latte w/vanilla flavoring, I was informed the vanilla used was made from scratch (again, not just some chemical syrup junk). When I tell you this Vanilla Cuban Latte could change your whole life, it's not hyperbole. Run (don't walk) to Baloo's for coffee and a donut soon. read more

Don't come here if you want to have donuts anywhere else ever again. They're a head above the rest even when they're older, but the way the business works is they make them to order, so you always get the freshest bite. Eating one will make you reconsider whether you've ever had a donut before. We got Cuban oat milk lattes and they were absolutely delicious. The food gives them every right for service to be lacking, but it isn't. The man working the window was helpful and kind. As we sat in their benches area we saw multiple transactions, some with customers that required a little more patience, and the service remained exceptional. The outdoor area is kept extremely clean and inviting. The store is right off of the road but they have an abundance of parking, and their patio area is inviting but fenced, so we were comfortable having our baby crawl around. Make sure to get some extra donuts so you don't come more than once in a day, and keep in mind that they close at 2PM. read more
