Meth kit - has no leaks works fine, wired to a fuse that has power even when car is off. Drains battery if not turned off with the car. Front splitter was missing bolts even with hardware provided only hanging on from canards. Splitter was flapping at 100+; destroyed my $1,100 splitter and $250 front grill. Was told my front accessory drive bolts were loose - they were not I torqued to spec. They proceeded to hit all the bolts with an impact, breaking my AC compressor bolt which the belt pulled the AC line towards my header. Cost $1,300 to take to another shop to get fixed. Crank seal was replaced with incorrect crank seal for the Innovators West Balancer. Which then leaked oil under boost / left a puddle of oil under the car when turned off. Do not take your performance car here. I have other friends in the car industry that have been screwed over by these guys.

I contacted HESCO and was told they had a "rush service" available and I could wait while the cylinder was repaired. I jumped in the truck and headed down. Upon arrival I was greeted immediately and the technician even took the cylinder out of my truck. Within minutes I was told what the problem was, partly bad parts and partly bad assembly! Within 2 hours I was on my way back home. The added cost for rush service was minimal when compared to the time it would take me to leave it and come back again. I'll use HESCO for ALL my hydraulic needs in the future!

The owner answered the phone, and offered to come help me get it off the freeway that night. Had the trailer delivered by flat-bed on Sunday, and Hot Fix fabricated and installed a new trailer tongue by Monday afternoon, salvaging the coupler and sleeve and saving money on those. Very fair pricing, quick service, quality workmanship. The new tongue is much stronger than the one that broke, and will outlast the trailer!

Jasmine was extremely helpful and told me to bring it in and they would get a technician to listen and attempt to assist. I immediately drove the vehicle to the location, and the technician was waiting on me at the front along with Jasmine. They listened to the noise and immediately diagnosed the problem. Jasmine knew my situation and explained that they would do their best to get the vehicle fixed same day (they are closed on the weekend). Jasmine understood the urgency and delivered as promised. After giving me a reasonable quote for repairs and not take advantage of me under these circumstances, the vehicle was immediately taken into the bay and several technicians began repairs. Jasmine contacted me before I could finish dinner and advised the vehicle was ready for pick up.
