Always an amazing experience. Great deep tissue massages. Definitely one of the best therapists that has ever worked on my body.

Lisa is amazing! Very reasonably priced and worth every penny. The space was clean and calming. Looking forward to going back again soon.

I really wanted to give this place a try because the reviews are so personal. The massage itself…read morewas not bad, but the most jarring issue is there is a smell in there that made the whole experience super uncomfortable. They need to invest in some plug-ins or a scent diffuser because all you smell is basically everybody's warmed lunch throughout the last couple of years. The other issue is, I understand that it's a small place, but the fact that every conversation was held at a normal conversation level instead of a lower or whispered tone was insane. Literally, I did a hour and a half, and somebody was talking the whole time even the person that was doing my massage was having a casual conversation with the person next to them. Every single door slammed, a person that worked there literally just kept answering their phone, which they didn't have on silent so every time he let it ring for long periods of time, we have to listen to that plus the conversation. I wouldn't go back just because a massage is supposed to be relaxing and that was probably the most relaxing massage I've ever had just because of the chaos and the smell which both of these things can be fixed

Positive: The location is so convenient and the massage therapist was very strong…read more Negatives: there are MANY. I have gotten many foot massages from different businesses and this place was shady. I called and asked if I could have appointment for 2 people getting a 60 minute foot massage at 4:30 and was assured yes. We were shown to the small public foot massage room which was very dark. The room fit 5 small foot massage beds and 1 was already occupied. Nearby were a couple of rooms with walls that didn't go to the ceiling for full body massage. We got settled on the beds soaking our feet and realized the man getting a full body massage on the other side was THEATRICALLY moaning and groaning and grunting extremely loudly and constantly--with every breath. I don't care how deep of a pressure a therapist is using--there's no reason for that kind of uncomfortably sexual vocalizations. The therapist honestly should have addressed it. Meanwhile I'm starting to get massaged but my friend is still lying there unattended. Then my therapist whispers "20 minutes" to my friend. So they're 20 minutes behind and didn't tell us, despite having appointments? Then it's nearly 5pm (half hour into the start time) and she whispers "5 more minutes." Well no one was able to start on my friend until moaning man finally left and that therapist took a break (after conspicuously coughing and hocking several loogies in the side room??). Her service started probably 45 minutes later than it was scheduled to. I was flipped to lie on my stomach and the therapist massaged my back and glutes through my tshirt and shorts, as is standard procedure for every foot massage I've ever gotten. But then without warning she yanked down my shorts and underwear until a full butt crack was out, Then she yanked at my bra and my tshirt until it was hiked all the way up to my neck and my backside was bare. Remember that this is in a public room that now two more people have joined and there are no partitions between each massage bed. What the hell?? This was also done to my friend. Next issue: I went out to pay (45 minutes ahead of my friend) and discovered their website advertises one price for a 60 minute massage but in the store they list a higher price. I show them their own website and they shake their head and insist that it's wrong. Well I can tell it's wrong, but they need to change the website so it's not falsely advertising the price. I brought cash, but only had exactly the advertised service price plus a 20% tip based on that price. I showed my empty wallet and explained that's all I had. The person I was speaking with told me the therapist would be mad at anything less than a 25% tip on the in-business price and that I needed to do a card so I could pay a better tip. When I pointed out they didn't tell us they were busy and now our night is all messed up timing wise, they didn't care and just stated that they're very busy. Okay, then tell us when we get there that there's a delay. I did not use my card and I will never be going back. TO BE CLEAR: the amount of money I gave them still covered the in-store price they were demanding, plus extra (just not the 25%+ tip they wanted). Edit: I had to leave early to go walk around a nearby store and wait for my friend to finish. Apparently they cut off my friend's massage at 45 minutes because they were mad at ME because I didn't leave a 25-30% tip, walked her to the checkout desk, and wouldn't let her leave until they counted her money (which they unrightfully charged full price for when they stole 15 minutes of the service from her). I wanted this place to be my new go-to and a hidden gem, but the staff are petty, the massages are uncomfortable, and the business practices are not ethical. I did not short them on the service and still gave all the tip money I had despite the negative experience.

I forgot her name, but all of a sudden she's no longer there. Then I found out my former therapist Sandi who used to own her own massage business also worked there. She had a strange schedule so it was difficult to get an appt with her, then she moved away. So I tried others they were fine. Some were, some not to my liking. I heard the owner was fantastic, but I was never able to get an appt with her. It's more clinical than a day spa feel, but the place is clean, and comfortable. I decided to purchase a package deal they offered. Everything was fine pre-pandemic. But 2020 came around and we had to wear mask while getting massaged. I normally would be fine with except, I can't wear mask due to my asthma. So the last time I came in for a session, I was able to remove my mask faced down, then face up I had to wear my mask. All of a sudden I started wheezing. I tried to enjoy my massage as much as I could. I ended up sick with asthma the rest of the week, I messaged the business to let them know, and the owner was gracious enough to not only refund my last treatment, but the rest of the sessions I prepaid. Sad, because this place is only a 10 minute drive from my home. I ended up finding a therapist who would massage me unmasked, but the drive was 30 mins. Darn Corona!

A couple of weeks ahead, I called all over the area looking for a spa that could accommodate several appointment times near each other. Massage Envy could accommodate us so yea. If you haven't been to Massage Envy, the introductory price is lower than follow up services. Even if the service is other than a massage. You get a discount 'trial' which is nice. If you get monthly massages, they have a membership that costs the same as the introductory price. We arrived fifteen minutes early for our appointments, were greeted immediately upon arrival by reception and given tablets to fill complete a brief medical history and what type of massage we are expecting. She also explained everything to us and assured us we are in charge so if we want more pressure, or less, or don't touch my feet, etc., that we only need to say the word and it would be accomplished. It's our massage. I have to say everyone of us wanted something different and everyone of us was super happy with the results. Our pregnant friend was absolutely thrilled with her pregnancy massage. Her masseuse was well trained, very personable and super sweet! Another in our party wanted the knots to go, but told them 'not to leave bruises' and she got what she requested. Me on the other hand, I wanted those pesky knots *gone*! I had gotten a massage a few weeks before and the knots remained. I asked her to do what needed to be done and by god, she got them out! Was it comfortable? Not always. Most of the time, but I had a couple in my back that were just determined not to move. She used several techniques and she got rid of them. I did bruise, but I knew in the moment I would bruise and I was happy with that as long as the knots were gone. And to be clear, I have been experiencing head/neck/shoulder pain for months. After my massage here, the headaches are gone. I call that a win! The bruising is temporary and as I could have told her to stop, that's on me. She did as requested and I am very happy to no long have those things causing constant pain. The facility is very clean. Reception is bright and sunny. The back area is dimly lit and we waited in a small waiting area in the back which helped us to wind down. We spoke with our masseuse prior to disrobing to be sure they understood what our needs were and the massage was 50 minutes as advertised. A couple of gender neutral restrooms are in the back area to use before your appointment if needed. The cost of a monthly membership is quite reasonable for those of us who try to get a massage monthly. If I lived nearby I would definitely be comfortable making this my 'go to' massage spot based on price, staff and facilities. Thanks Massage Envy for being a part of our 'girls day'!
