I hadn't been here in a couple of years, and now I remember why…read more When I booked my appointment, I specifically requested a deep tissue massage when I called, confirmed it again when I checked in, and reiterated it when my therapist came into the room. Unfortunately, what I received was nowhere close to deep tissue--it wasn't even firm pressure. To make matters worse, my 90-minute appointment was cut short. During the session, the therapist repeatedly found reasons to step away. In total, he was out of the room or away from providing treatment for approximately 11 minutes. After the first 60 minutes, I was asked to get up and move to a different room for the final 30-minute foot massage. While I was waiting, the therapist spent time cleaning hot stones and remaking the massage table. Those tasks should be completed between clients--not during a client's paid treatment time. Service should be continuous throughout the scheduled appointment, and 11 minutes of non-treatment time is simply unacceptable. The foot massage itself was especially disappointing and felt like an afterthought. I tried communicating my preferences and even offered feedback on the pressure and technique during the session. As a licensed massage therapist myself, I understand the physical demands of this profession and appreciate the effort that quality bodywork requires. Unfortunately, this session lacked both the pressure and the intentional therapeutic work I specifically requested. Despite my attempts to communicate, my requests were ignored. It feels like they simply tell clients what they want to hear to get them in the door instead of delivering the service they promise. The massage was a complete waste of my time and money. Even though the price was inexpensive, it still wasn't worth it. To top it all off, my credit card was charged three times, and now I have to drive back just to get the billing corrected. This place used to be much better, but it has become incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend it.

First of all, the therapists are phenomenal- as good or better than other therapists I have seen. The rooms and beds are spotless and comfy. This is a highly professional, yet nurturing environment. I was contacted by a receptionist on behalf of the massage therapist, Morgan, who refused to work with me -- despite my clear explanation that I am not an active oncology patient, need no special accommodations, and was requesting a standard massage. At no point did Morgan speak to me directly; everything was relayed through the receptionist, who repeatedly and incorrectly referred to me as an "oncology patient" even after my corrections. This experience left me feeling humiliated and emotionally harmed. I was offered to reschedule with another therapist, but if bias exists at this level, I cannot trust that this location properly vets or trains its staff. Due to the seriousness of what occurred, I have submitted a formal complaint to the Washington State Department of Health. (This review reflects my honest experience.)

I've seen Leslie I think 2 or 3 times now and she does amazing work. I can tolerate a lot of pressure and she hits it right on the spot. She can feel the spots that are tight and works on them gently, but enough to loosen the muscle. She also always makes sure that pressure is okay and that it's not hurting me. I also enjoy talking with her. Sometimes I like my massages quiet but most of the time I like to talk. She's great to talk to and it's it awkward. One of my favorite parts is she has me take a deep breath in at the end which is great because I always forget to breathe in this way so it forces me to really relax. I'm so happy and lucky that I found my next massage therapist.

I forgot her name, but all of a sudden she's no longer there. Then I found out my former therapist Sandi who used to own her own massage business also worked there. She had a strange schedule so it was difficult to get an appt with her, then she moved away. So I tried others they were fine. Some were, some not to my liking. I heard the owner was fantastic, but I was never able to get an appt with her. It's more clinical than a day spa feel, but the place is clean, and comfortable. I decided to purchase a package deal they offered. Everything was fine pre-pandemic. But 2020 came around and we had to wear mask while getting massaged. I normally would be fine with except, I can't wear mask due to my asthma. So the last time I came in for a session, I was able to remove my mask faced down, then face up I had to wear my mask. All of a sudden I started wheezing. I tried to enjoy my massage as much as I could. I ended up sick with asthma the rest of the week, I messaged the business to let them know, and the owner was gracious enough to not only refund my last treatment, but the rest of the sessions I prepaid. Sad, because this place is only a 10 minute drive from my home. I ended up finding a therapist who would massage me unmasked, but the drive was 30 mins. Darn Corona!
